If i was walking through a computer store, and saw AGS in box form on a shelf, i would pick it up and wouldn't even look at the price.
I'd be like 'Hell yes!!! i can now make the adventure game of my dreams' this price is so worth it.
Same here.
In my opinion; making AGS games might be helpful to gain experience if you want to work in the professional game industry. Also if you make a great AGS game which won AGS Awards, etc. ; then it could ease you to find a sponsor, or join a professional team as designer, if you live in a country where game developing industry is just at the beginning point. (I got already some game developing job offers from some game studios which saw my AGS games in my country.)

Welcome back, release teh frogs :)
A few weeks ago; in my school, we were cutting a frog in the biology lab for experiment, and I remembered you :) I felt like that I should have rescued the frog from the laboratory before she was killed (Yes, she. We found ovary).

It really rocks, Haddas :)
Also I'm happy that nobody was angry with me.

I played the demo and liked it so much. I think it is the was the adventure games should had been. You are the hero of the movie and you just play the story, not solve meaningless puzzles.

At first, there are a few things that have to be said by me:
I'm really sorry for the latency. I was too busy with the school, the course and some health and family problems. My mind was full of some serious things. Also I couldn't come with up a good text and idea to start the voice competition.
I hope you aren't angry with me; and hope you would forgive me if you are.

Now let me start the competition for this week. It is some text from my OROW 2 game, "I Think We Got Lost" (the worst game in OROW). The characters hadn't got a name in the game, so I will use the source code script names for them. EGO and MATT are male, ROS is female. Let's begin...

(The kids are standing in a dark forest, it's night and they look anxious)
EGO: OK, kids. We must admit something...
EGO: I think we got lost.
ROS: Oh no!
MATT: Then what are we going to do?
EGO: I have no idea...
EGO:  knew camping in this forest wasn't such a good idea.
ROS: I'm afraid!
EGO: OK, there is no need to panic...
EGO:  We are safe!
(and a wolf howles)
(silence of some anxiety)
EGO:Maybe we could find an exit from this forest.
ROS: Yes, we have to.
EGO: I am going to look for one...
ROS: Please be careful...  We do need you!
(EGO smiles)
EGO: Thank you.
ROS: Nope.
(EGO waits for a few minutes)
EGO: Aren't you coming?
MATT: Guess we are going to stay here.

I think it looks pretty good. Giving a dark and dirty ambience, guess it was what you wanted.

Hey, it looks really fun! I would want to join.

Wendy, I have also tried an item used for the rain, but it didn't work; if it was what you want to mean (I had remembered Trisby in 5DAS).

Thanks for your help, piperhcombs; but...
Spoiler
...I couldn't find the hook. The smoking girl is still there (although I gave the ring to the girl in Room 102)  and I can't find any kind of hook.
Also I wasn't able to play the Slug Princess game, it doesn't seem to get loaded. I will still able to finish Crave if I don't play that other game, yeah? (I hope so)

Sounds like a good idea. It would be better as a competition.
#735
They look great, indeed!  :) I wish I could have a vacation to there...
#736
Cool, this will be useful for the developers.
#737
Indeed. Congrats, Shinan :) It's your turn for preparing the theme of this month.
#738
YAY! I won! *Cries in the Halle Berry way* Now I will think for a good theme for the next comp.
#739
Thanks for the compliment :) I always thought my English wasn't so fluent before entering this competition (I'm Turkish; my main language isn't English).
There isn't any else entry? Did I win? (Yay, how I would feel prouded if I won as it was the only entry  ._. )

Alright, the vote endings today. It seems like Shinan is going to win, if there will be no more vote.
