I made in these times other two rooms, but i need to spend alot of time on artwork to continue to the next room.

my character is on a walkable place, separed from it there is another walkable place (unreachable by eachother) like this: (ignore the ".")

how do i make the character teleport from walkable zone 1 to 2, by running an interaction?
There is only "move character wich seems wanting to help me but it's not enough.
How di I do?

How do i create an interaction by using an inventory item on an hotspot?
I see there is "use inventory on" as option, but i can't find out how to determinate that i want this to apply with only one object and not with a random one.

Wizard's Quest I-Quest for Freedom

Inside the caban, taking the goods he will need. (in this picture it seems his head isn't ok, but when the game resolution applyes it looks normal. The feets are invisible over the grey stones, since they also are grey.

A game i'm working on.

The story is about a Wizard, wich during an unexpected invasion gets captured by north-folk.
He first is locked in a small edifice of the border encampement, but when he tries to escape he is captured again and tranferred to the capital's palace high-security jail. In this he will gather information, sabote the armory and flee from the capital. According to what he listened, he found the place where the general and the officers are jailed.
While he attempts to set them free, their homeland is invaded and conquered. (the parts between " " will be only told, not played.)"The officers, the general and the wizard will then find out that a garrison of their soldiers is still alive,  and are used as slaves to build a very large fort." The group arrives to this fort, and after opening the gates with a spell they find out it's ampty, and the garrison gone, forced by the north-folk to cut trees in a forest to make crossbows."When they come back, the group attempts with a trick to the north-folk to free the garrison, wich enters the fort while the north folk drop the weapons on the ground. As they found out the group was only twenty officers and there weren't more behind the walls they flew away leaving the forth to the general's men."

It will be enough for now, the other parts will come after.

At the moment i can supply myself of backgrounds and items, but i need someone willing to help me making the characters (north-folk armed/unarmed, general, officer, north-folk-officer) <- for the garrison-men i will need only a front-frame, because the animation isn't needed yet.

I als need a name for the north-folk and for the wizard's folk  ;)

I make things progressively, but yet i don't know when the 100% will be.
The only thigs i didnt started ae sounds and music, since for me they're pretty hard to do since i haven't got a microphone.

i have created a region in my room, if you walk on it you receive an item. how do i make it work only one time?
Because if i walk off and then on again it repeats the interaction.

How do i make a character say something?
I found out how to display a message, but i could not find this one in the list of the interactions.

It works now  ;)
i'll listen your advice ashen, but i used AGS to do it, maybe can i explain it with a screenshot?

How do i change it? i can't find the AGS section talking of it.

For doing it i chosen:
1)to make the char move there
2)to add the item to the inventory
3)to make the computer write "you picked up the key"
4)to make the item on the room dissappear

It worked as this:
1)told me-added to inv-removed from room
2)moved there.

Why?

I need several help on uploading pictures to AGS:
1) wich format must they be (.png,.bmp,.jpg etc.)?
2) wich dimension (X*Y)?
3) in wich folder must i place them?
