No. Does it?

The website is up, thanks to Peder for setting it all up for me. It'll take 1-2 hours before it's fully functional though.

Quote from: TripOne on Mon 02/07/2007 21:32:16Ok, cleared of jokes now; Once you mentioned it was a codec, I tryed to substitute mine for that site's and didn't worked, so I thought it could only be CCCP(Combined Community Codec Pack)(I just had XP Home reinstalled). It worked. Now let's see if I can finish this before the Anime fever comes down on me.
Thanks for the tip. ;)

What solved the problem? Installing or uninstalling CCCP? This could be useful information for people with the same problem in the future.

Also glad you got the game to work.

Quote from: i k a are i on Sun 01/07/2007 20:45:18EDIT: Niiiice game!!, Im enjoying it a lot, I love the cutscenes, the main character, the MUSIC! (wow), everything is superb, congratulations, and thanks for this game!

Glad you like it! For those interested, you can download the soundtrack here or here. Use the first if you want just one or two tracks, and the second if you want it all properly labeled.

Quote from: Nikolas on Mon 02/07/2007 00:13:25Billy, I won't edit my post, I will repost when I've played this! Just one short question: Why not offer a zip and a rar folder? in rar this could very well be rather less than 170 Mb... (in RAR it's 128 Mb, for anyone wondering. It's not THAT big a difference really)

In the next version, with the various bugs that will/has been found fixed, I'll offer a .rar option and an .exe installer option if that helps.

Cool one, but the cutsceens (including the intro) runs just like fast forward but not the audio (it's cut when the FF ends). Tryed several winsetup.exe options and the compatibility options. Nothing worked.

Win XP Home and Win XP 64bit Pro with the latest updates.

Any ideas?

I find this odd. The videos require the Cinepak Codec by Radius, but that should be included in all new computers since Windows 95.

On all the computers I tested the game on it worked fine, so I have no idea.

i get a error in the start

idirectdrawmediastream getformat failet

but i can play the game ?

Where does this error appear and in what form? Is it an error from the AGS engine or the standard Windows warning window? Does the cutscenes work?

Quote from: Hammerite on Tue 01/05/2007 16:30:07is it normal to feel a bit scared of the time that you, you know, will finally go IN the vagina? (if you catch my drift).

No I don't think a vagina is physically capable of absorbing a human being.

And here we are!

3rd place: biothlebop Even though the font didn't match and it wasn't much of an actual photoshop, I had to give over for both the cleverness and writing in this one.

2nd place: theatrx Good job on the animation. Also, nice detail on the points.

1st place: Babar Haha, beautiful! Not only did you keep everything within the same style, you even made it related with the storyline of the game.

Take it away, Babar.

The Sims 2 all the way, man.

I get the same error message for Hock-a-Loogie unless I run OggSetup.exe.

Assuming you got it from Underdogs.

Nah, not really, that would be a waste of your time and mine. Besides, I've got little children to lure to my house. Didn't that just tie this thread together nicely. :P

goddamn pedophiles

I suggest either removing the outlines completely, or do them in a darker shade than the color of the object you're outlining. I'd go with the former, seeing how line tool is hard to work with.

Helm, I am enjoying the bitter truth you lay down so mercilessly in this thread.

QuoteI lived with this girl for 3 1/2 months last year.

Holy shit! You creepy creepy paedophile. Since she was 9 and a half?! I am telling you, if I were this girls' father, christian or no christian I'd beat you half-dead. How... how the hell? What why are you living together? Are you related? Is she a cousin or something? I'll let you off the hook if she's a cousin since that sort of moral tabboo has no effect on me, but god-damn, it's starting to pile up. You're in a messy spot.

I'm not sure but perhaps he meant three and a half months and not three years and, uh, half a month.

EDIT: All right Andail said it.

Only played Noir, but it's by far one of my favorite adventure games.
