Ah, my mistake, I usually use a custom function picked up ages ago on the forums, that serves nicely.
Btw, can you use that without the debug mode enabled?

For a yellow 1 pixel thick outline I would tint the wanted object to yellow, move it 1px up, draw it to the background, move it 1px right (from the original position), draw it to the background and also for down and left. Then remove the tint and place the object at the original coordinates. It doesn't require additional sprites, but it has some cons, too.

Force feedback and joystick support. =D
Yeah, right!

Sprite skewing and similar effects (stretch a sprite to 4 points). Pretty please!

Draw textured triangle/circle/rectangle?

Motion blur?

Screen effects, sharpen, modify gamma, guassian blur, bumpmap, dilate, erode, etc.

Integral fps counter.

Font editor.

While you're at it CJ, tell santa that AGS community says hi! =D

Which worked for centuries as an excuse for many "believers" to kill "sinfull" people. God is not very good at previewing the consequences of His acts, apparently.
Humans have the power of choice. No one forced them to kill, it was their choice. An excuse doesn't kill a man, man does.
God gave man the power of free choice, and you can't blame Him if a man chooses to kill.
#665
He killed them because they were sinfull, not weak, I think. A man can be strong in a sense, but that doesn't make him a saint.
#666
Well I would say that He created him so he could revolt. And then (lucifer) would test humans, because the struggle makes humans stronger.
#667
Well, I ask you, please. What do you think?
#668
Oh...my mistake, and my apologies KrisMUC. But the question remains nevertheless. Misj'?
Why would a person be good to other people?
#669
QuoteIn addition, I think you should try to be a good person because it's the right thing to do...not because of some gift (karma, heaven, friends, whatever).
And why would it be the right thing to do, KrisMUC?

Gui popup x position for those pesky guis that pop up from the side.

Export/import walkable areas, hotspots, regions in runtime.

Overlaping of walkable areas.

Room.GetDrawingSurfaceForForeground()

Yeah, 30s for one process. If two processes hang it goes to 60. As for the white screen...if everything works behind it as you mentioned it, i suspect that some app is displaying an empty white screen. Winamp, as you say, probably. Try plugging the computer into 650 volt outlet, it may not solve the problem, but it will work faster =D. The smoke coming from the case is just a side effect.

Cheers!

I've heard that the most widely spread and played point and click adventure game is called Windows made by a mostly unknown developer Microsoft. =D

Maybe some background service is not shuting down when windows are. In that case, windows have a 30 second (default) countdown untill it shuts them down forcefully. Changing this setting may help you shut down windows more quickly. This setting is somwhere in the registry. You can type regedit in start>run to find and change it manually, but I warmly suggest that you make a restore point before that and use a specialised program for changing registry values.

Hmm...maybe those who don't belive in prayer healing, should go to a church nearby, and ask a priest where can he witness one. One form of faith healing is performed in the capital of my country at a Christian church. Those services o healing differ from prayer healing, by not praying to God for help, but commanding the disease/sin/devil to go away from the man. It doesn't get much media attention, but it is there. A few years back, some muslim brothers came to one of the larger cities in my country and performed (or is it preformed?) that kind of healing on anyone willing. There are other priests in my country that perform thoose kind of services, too.

And while I'm at it, why do the people who have stgymas (blood marks on their body), have (at least to my knowledge) a blood cross on their forhead and/or blood on their hands, in the places Jesus was crucified? Why don't they have H20 or something scientific or whatever marked on them? =D hahahaha I can imagine someone walking down the street with AST (American science team) driping blood on their new shirts. AST should be in bold so it can be seen better at a greater distance. =D =D =D

If you're a monotheist, and you think that a Deity created man intentionally, then that's fine: But if you aren't, humans are pretty arrogant to think that they're alone.
Hmm...I'm a monotheist.
Alone? Not on earth, exluding animals, plants and LGM. True.

Hey, thanks Andail.
I can draw in perspective, but pen and paper is my domain, pixels make me seem lousy at drawing. Your pic is really good. Now, if I could only make it walk in eight directions, I could use it as a dummy.
Hehe, too bad you're a comercial artist, or I would PM you allready to sign up on this "little" project we have =D

I'll be back! =D

Ps. By the way, I wasn't defending anything or anyone...I was indicating the hypocrisy in certain 'arguments' (or rather one-liners) postulated in this thread.

Can you elaborate on that? If it was me who said those one-liners, I'll gladly respond.
As for cancer, I belive that cancer is a symptom, not the disease (more or less).

Solved allready?
Well, never mind then, but you can PM anyway.

Thank you.
I've decided to redo the whole character, so this one is out the window anyway.
