I have successfully released the game, but due to sensible critics about the grammar mistakes and typos I'm asking for help in this new thread (again).
I can't pay you because it is not a commercial game, but of course I will include your name within the credits!  :wink:
The game is quite large and has a lot of dialogs, but it's easy to read

Deadline:
I would like to have everything finished before the end of this month.

    I can't see the option to add a screenshot a while I'm uploading my game to AGS Database..
    Perhaps the system has changed and the moderators choose it??

    I think that the title is pretty much self-explanatory, but I will explain it anyways:
    I've created the following function:
    Code: AGS
    function PlayerLookThings ()
    {player.FaceLocation(mouse.x, mouse.y, eBlock);}


    So everytime I run the interaction ''Look'', the player will face automaticaly the hotspot/object
    Everything works fine in the non-scrolling rooms, because the mouse coordinates are 320x200..
    My question is:
    How could be a similar script for the scrolling rooms?? (more than 320x200 px)

    I've coded a simple quicksave function:

    Sometimes, when I try to load the game crashes with this error:

    Before my head explodes trying to solve this (apparently unsolvable) bug, I would like to ask to the AGS community :

    Do you have a better way of scripting the Quicksave or the Auto-save?

    Someone else had the same problem?

    I'm having this problem since one week...
    Whenever I try to enter ags webpage, mozilla says that the server wasn't found.. so I can't gain access to any of the ags related pages, big blue cup forum, for example...

    The strangest thing is that I can enter if I use the blackberry... So  AGS webpage was available!, but not in my computer...
    Then I realised that, somehow AGS was blocking my IP...Don't know why...
    Now I'm using a proxy server... That's why I'm writing here...
    But I want to know what could be the problem, becouse the proxy server is really laggy, and it's full of advertisements...

    Please, if someone has the same problem or knows the solution... Please Help!

    Yesterday I was testing my new game,
    Everything was normal...until I reach a room with regions that just doesn't work...

    I tried adding light level in order to confirm that the player is standing on it... But the script of Standing region doesn't work

    This is the script:

    The strangest thing is that if I test the room without the savegame....It runs properly...

    I though it could be a global variable, but I checked the room script and it doesn't use any....

    Please I need help...This problem gets me really nervous

    PD:Is there any script available so I can check all the global variables in-game??
    PPD:And another to change them??

    I would like to give my thanks to the Ags panel for rating my game...
    I'm surprised and incredibly happy...
    Escape From The Chaotic City is my first game..Perhaps it's not a HUGE game...
    But it can help me to improve more...
    I've learned from the errors and mistakes..

    Well..I suppose I have nothing left to say than goodbye!
    I will be developing a brand new game...

    But outside, on those desolates streets of Portland, the terror was released,
    the TV hasn't any broadcast, the telephones are out of order...
    A letal disease is running through his veins...it's a time race...

      Escape from the chaotic city shows a scene of chaos and terror...
    Where the government doesn't appear and the police are gone...

    You may ask yourself: What would happen if your city is part of a terrible experiment?
    Something terrible is happening... and Eddy must find what is going on...
    But how? Outside, the buildings, are on fire and the streets are full of "things"...

    In My Last Post I Asked How Can Be Killed  My Main Character By A Npc...
    I Recieved Some Good Codes...and Now They Work Fine.... ;D

    Now I Want To Kill A npc using a new cursor (SMASH :-X)
    How exactly would be my code?

    Should I Use

    I Have Tried Many Times But I Can't Find The Right Script...
    The Basic Idea Is :  ???
    If The Main Char Is Very Close The Bad Guy Attacks Him...

    What Should I Use?
    IsCollidingWithChar Or AreThingsOverlapping....And How It Works?? :'(

    I need Help in Creating a good System for zombies..

    Any Ideas?

    This is What i Did But It's Not Nice At All  :-\
    First I Make them follow me (FollowCharacter) And Then Attack If They Are Very close...(IsCollidingWithChar)

    But How Can I Do To Finish Them?
    I Made A New Function (smash) :o
    So..when I Call that function..Character Animates Smashing The zombie...

    Please If You Have Any Ideas Answer...
