wow, they look great.

just one suggestion: Why not change the position of his feet while shooting a little bit - bend his knee and so on.

I know the perspective is not the best for a game - since it's not gonna be in a game, it doesn't matter...

You're right, the cup nees a little pixel-shifting...

WHY DOES IT TAKE THAT MUCH TIME???? If I want to create a game, then it either takes months or i have to work 8 hours a day... bah

I am thinking about making a game in isometric perspective.
This room will not be part of it, its just MY personal room that i live in. i just needed something to practice. it's not finished yet...

i know - the color of my sofa is terrible - but that's how it is in reality

I think it is his own work, it's a lot less saturated than eboy.

Sorry, its not my own work - just wanted to show something that looks like eBoy

Hi, just wanted to know, if anyone has ever thought of making a game that uses the stile of eBoy? If yes, how did it work out? I think its got a nice look and its easy to do...

here is what it looks like:

the windows is not in the right perspective. just do it like you drew your door, then it would look much better.

i have some more critics: this room looks like thousands of rooms in this zelde-clone-games. its always the same. a room with a bed, a table with 4 chairs, a door and a window. if you want to create a unique game, then try a bit of individuality.

but by the way, looks nice so far

it looks good to me, but i would change the arms-movement in the first girl-view. keep on the good work

I edited the picture. better?
#9
not really, but i think, its tolerable, isn't it?

now i'm gonna post about this room, and i will update it from time to time. give me your opinions

by the way, this chair is supposed to be that ugly, but if somethings wrong with the perspective, just tell me

by the way, do you guys still think, that germany is a fascist-ruled country?

i know what you mean, but i think, i'll do this room that big, because i'm too lazy to start all over again. i will try to make the other rooms smaller. thanks anyway

maybe i've expressed myself wrong: i do like playing computer games, i do like creating computer games, I like the whole world of computer games. but this world can also take too much of your time away. you have to find a balance between playing games and doing other stuff. unfortunately, playing games does not prepare you for other things, like a job or social competence, so you have to do something, which prepares you or enriches your experience. i hope, you are able to understand what I mean. I only say, that you shouldn't get lost in the world of games, although it is very invitingly.   ^^

ok, here is a picture of the room, but its far from finished. i also changed the bed a bit, because it seemed to be a little too small.

i really enjoy making games, more than reading a book or something. but maybe i have the paranoia that time spent in front of a computer is lost time (which is true if youre playing computer games  <-- my opinion). and my parents also say: you could do other things than creating this game

#16
... to create an AGS-Game. Do you sometimes think that this time could be spent somehow or somewhere else? like reading a good book or learning a language (just for example)

sometimes i think: c'mon, you could have been learning for the english test for 2 hours. instead, you're sitting in front of this damn thing and draw pixel-guys.

i wish i could freeze time, in which i do all the stuff i really enjoy, but which takes time

give me you opinions

hi, unfortunately i have to scale my character. but at the moment it looks silly as hell. my character has this black outlines, and i dont know, what makes them appear. the only black pixels are on his head.

it looks really silly when the character is in motion.

can someone help me? otherwise i would have to do the character or the room again
#18
thats just for you for getting an impression of the room. the lines will not be black in the game
