Sheesh I didn't mean for you all to take it so seriously, I was only joking. I play older games all the time in fact it's what I mostly play. Hehe :)

Apart from the fact that those stupid animating smileys like that really piss me off, you did a good job  ;)

Wait, wait, if you DID get your hands on MI2 again wouldn't it be logical to replay it if you're going to make a fan game  ???
#165
Nice use of perspective in that first one with the elevator.

This guy obviously has NO patience what so ever...

It's Captain Dread's House Boat, so um yeah it's a boat and a house  ???

He just needs to rotate up and down ALOT less and it should be fine.

Looks cool, reminds me alot of BASS.

It's starting to look really good, I just think the hands need to move alot more and I think his butt shouldn't stay the same in more than 1 frame it seems sort of odd that the rest of his leggs are moving but his bum just sorta stays still.
#172
Looking better but for some reason it looks like he's walking backwards, I think you should also be able to see a bit more of the bottom of his foot.
#173
Not bad but he is sliding accross the floor, his feet should lift so you should be able to see the bottom of his foot. Example
Perhaps you should study other adventure games to see how it's done.

What a strange hand gesture, looks like when someone is looking at their nails. I assume it's supposed to be a fist, perhaps you should study your own hand and see how a fist is held?

No wonder the words "funny" and "Comic" were in quotations!

Also note that CMI and EMI were made for financial reasons. Ron Gilbert said that MI2 was supposed to end it all, and that

were only added in in case a sequel was requested.

Having said that, CMI is highly enjoyable. EMI is good as well, but listen to too many negative opinions of it. If you play it expecting t to be crap, it will be.

Keep an open mind.

But hadn't Ron already made plans for his own MI3 before leaving Lucasarts?

Nice game!

You know you left debug mode on though right ;D

Yeah, that was by accident, I made this ages ago when I was new to AGS and didn't even know about all that stuff  :P

The head bobbing is a function most walking people utilize, however: not everyone! I had a neighbour once, who walked excatly like this guy here, and it was always a faboulous sight! It shows off a certain kind of pride and attitude, and I believe it's a characterisation who would suit a police officer perfectly (my neighbour was a farmer btw, but he had an incredible amount of sheep) - it would also apply to a lot of security guards, decorated military personell and so on. All these probably have a hurting neck after a good days work walking around in their pride posture, but that's the flipside they are prepared to live with.

I think he's perfect.

Then why does Brett walk like it too?

The stripe on his shoulder should probobly change perspective, it looks weird staying the same the whole time  :o And maybe add a little head bobbing to make him look a bit more natural? Other than that great work!
