This looks like a really fun game. I love the idea of enlightenment points.  :) I like the graphics, too, but I'm not a huge fan of using the photo for the wise man's hut. It just seems a little inconsistent with the other backgrounds. Looks awesome overall, though, and I'll definitely be playing this when you're done.

For the duck game, maybe you're using a sub-standard hook?

For myself:

I'm also having trouble with the underwear. When I use voucher on underwear, she says to show the voucher to the salesperson. When I do that, the sales person asks what she wants, and Nelly hasn't decided yet. When I interact with underwear, Nelly doesn't use the voucher.

Okay, thank you. So...

Spoiler
I need the gatepass from the Baron's tower? I've gotten to the tower and peeked in the window, but I can't get in. I've got a rock, a quill and ink, bird book, phrase book, tattoo, map and shovel.

Nobody else has asked this yet, so I'll probably feel like an idiot when I get the answer, but...

How do I get the money for the donation box?

I'm relatively new to AGS games, but I've played enough of them to have favorites.
Not necessarily in order...

1. Kings Quest II VGA - I didn't play this until last week, and I was absolutely blown away. Amazing on all levels.
2. Ben Jordan 3 - The first AGS game that I enjoyed on a level comparable to the ones I remember as a kid.
3. Jessica Plunkenstein and the Düsseldorf Conspiracy - Sub par graphics wise, but more than made up for in story, humor, puzzels, and voice acting.
4. Trilby's Notes - the best of Yatzee's games, in my opinion. Creepy as hell.
5. Ben Jordan 5 - Lacked the creepiness of BJ 3 and 4 but better story and puzzles.

Other notable titles:
-Lost in the Nightmare - a little buggy and really simple to play, but I found myself wrapped up emotionally with the character, which is hard to do, in my opinion.
-Any of Yatzee's games, the other two Kings Quests, the other Ben Jordans
