QuoteHugo's idle pose while looking right/left is a bit tense. He does not look comfortable.

Yes, i thought so, i am currently working on the 3/4 animation for it.

QuoteI personally would punch up the lighting a notch though, what I've seen so far has been flatter than necessary. Don't be afraid of having powerful light sources.

:D oh, believe me, i want that, onlyI'm having troubles in adjusting & putting them into the scene. as in i still need to learn more about applying lighting, if you can give me pointers, that would surely help! like your OTE Game.. lights there are amazing!

QuoteI'm curious, what are you rendering these in?

I'm just rendering the primitives in 3D programs, thenI'm adding new layers of lines and graphics & colors manually in Flash & Photoshop

Thank you so much for your input, i will try to made some repairs later tonight,

hello,

got stuck on this one, i hope someone could educate me on this one.

i want to show a graphic/GUI everytime my character acquire an item or lost an item from the inventory, is it possible to do that?

ive tried creating a simple GUI and controlling it via guivisible true command but no dice, the guivisible false will kill it straight away!

looking forward to your answers,

thank you so much!

hello. no one ever got back to me on this one but i managed to find a way around it by keeping ShowPlayerCharacter set to true, setting 0 on players view for the room (both on the edit room panel)  and editing the room script to set the players idle view and talking view to a blank one on: function room_Load()

So far, this one helps me alot.. hope theres some fixes available soon :) thank you beckymov !

THANKS :

Shokkermeister for updating the module, new features really helps alot!

Hello friends,
I'm looking for help on this matter,

say i want to execute a script command in the middle of dialog, for example :

when the character is talking with NPC, in the middle i want to put "cEgo.FaceCharacter(NPC);" so the character can change where he's facing at that time.

i wonder if its possible, looking forward for your help.

thank you!  ;D

well i used 3ds max, but i think to achieve nice vector propotions for backgrounds you could use corel draw too.. it has this tool to make a 2d object has depth in it... (man i love to create room blueprints/skeletons with it to achieve real or cartoony perspective) i forgot the name, but it one of the essential tools of corel draw.
