Sorry, I have another issue. I'm not really sure how to animate the button? I've done everything you've said, but I'm not sure what to do when it comes to 'button.animate'. I did the whole room_afterfadein thing, but I'm unable to see the animated gui (since I don't know how to animate it or have it so the view_button_start) and get this https://i.imgur.com/kbHjDDo.png

Not to sure how to go around this. I've checked the manual but I honestly can't get it. How would I go about adding a start button that is animated? I was wanting it to load up/start then stop moving, and have a start button to press after it has done its little animation. Sorry if this is a basic question

I'm and idiot and didn't process or remember the GUI buttons so forget the 'is it possible' thing I said! Sorry! I'm still stumped on how to make a loading screen then title, though

Hello! I'm super new to this so I'm sorry to bug, but how would I go about making a title screen? I've seen something along the lines of making a starting room with the character invis but I'm not really sure how to go about it.

I was hoping to have a 'Start' button before the actual title screen is shown (like old flash animations/games) and then showing a logo of the games name and options to choose. I'm just talking about basic 'Start' 'Load' 'Settings' and that's really it. And with that in mind, would it be possible to have in the settings a volume option? And window size? Or is that not doable. It's fine if not, I'm just not really sure what I'm doing at all. I was also curious on how to put cut scenes in? Its not entirely animated, but cutscene is the best way I can describe it. Like have it play something that gives you context before it lets you load into the first game's room. If there is an in-depth tutorial of how to make a menu screen, then that would be extremely helpful!

While I understand how to make the game overall, I'm kinda stumped on how I would go about using test sprites and backgrounds and what not. Like, if I wanted to test a specific room but only had the sketches done for everything. Any suggestions on how to go about this? I don't have the art fully implemented, but I want to start working on the rooms and stuff with the sketches I have just for a base placement, if that makes sense. Sorry if this is common knowledge! I'm stupid as hell, and couldn't really wrap my head around any way to do this. If you have any tips or ways you think I should go about this (in general) please let me know!

How would I go about exporting my game to html5 so it can be playable on browser? I'm just unsure how to work it, as I did look it up and found the link to this https://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=59164.0 ? But I can't really wrap my head around it.. Its simple yet I'm also like, lost some how. I would just put the ags file into the launcher it links, and thats it? How would i download it to post to other sites? I've been told that 3.5.1 I'd need an ags file but in 3.6 I wouldn't? I'm just struggling to understand. I am a beginner at this, so please forgive me. I just could not find any help/explanation on the beginners forum.
