Ok I just tested this screenshot. I HAVE NO CLUE WHY IT WON'T WORK. The first three screens show but this one don't for some gay reason. So don't expect much.

Tk it sounds interesting. Nice rooms too but the tested room where you had roger test it makes me think your gonna have to use character scaling cause roger looks the size of that desk, but anyway, the game looks great. I'll be waiting on it!

remixor that screenie was just a "game over" screen. So you didn't really miss out on anything.

Finally, after searching for a good story(i think), I can start to make a good game(i think).
The game is called Pin the knive on the heart and me and my friend jacob have started working on it. It's about a woman named Jenny, who is about to be killed by a man. She faints and enters a dream world, and you have to get her out before the man breaks into her house. I am posting some screenies soon and I have finished the sprites for the murderer and Jenny. The rooms are complete, 9 in all but ill have more. The games graphics are MSPAINT, and includes 1 puzzle. The gme is drawn in 320x200 resolution.

What, praytell, are these alleged "scripting failures?"  It sounds more like you just want help because you don't want to spend the time learning how to script.  The key is to keep practicing, my friend.  Rome wasn't built in a day.

Hey I scrapped it because of scripting failures and I didn't need help I just couldn't add any puzzles or cool scenes because im no artist and the storyline got out of hand. I mean you should see the fountain's background animation
its terrible. Gabe the main character walks like he has a pinecone up his ass and it has some messed up drawings and those "scripting errors" are when I want Gabe to animate him shooting his gun and then displaying a message. The message comes first and it plays the animation at the wrong time. Practice? You wish.

Btw scummbuddy making vanishing points on MSPAINT is pretty hard, but I will work on it. Thanks for the suggestions and comments although some actually wasted my time and Jason showed you guys that this isn't a menu game.

I am scrapping :o this game on account of storyline and scripting failures. The game so far is a demo but I am not going to put it out for download. Sorry for all the people who had there hopes up, as if anyone did, but I am not gonna continue making it until someone will help me with scripting.

Anyone know where I can get PaintShop Pro 8? Google didn't work and on Kazaa its always remote. Where can I get it?

And another way to make him look more well posh go to SETUP GAME in AGS and click ANTI-ALIAS SPRITES. It makes the character look more professional and cooler.

Ok I have 2 paint programs and they are Pixia, which I think is hard to use( especially the line tool) and I have MSPAINT which I like cause I can make better rooms. But the problem with MSPAINT is that it doesn't shade good(well for me) and I can't seem to make a character that will be easy to see. The walking views are the hardest for me. I can't make him look like he's walking. So any suggstions would be fine.
