Not bad, but you need to make the structure of the cliff (?) more definable. It looks like it just floats in the water. Secondly, you should remove the black outline in the horizon.

Well, I don't know much about multiplayer support to help you, but I can tell you one thing, the TCP/IP plug-in isn't very reliable. Search around for topics related to it and you'll see that it has worked one or twice, but not too greatly, and your trying to add multiplayer deathmatches? Im not steering you off or anything, I just think maybe you should wait until something else arrives or maybe just add 2 player keyboard support and have 2 people play on the same keyboard.

EDIT: Ok, I screwed up. I just re-read the TCP/IP plugin thread, and I guess it can work, but your going to need some hardcore scripting to get it done.

Pretty cool RPG game called Avalon. I got it off of gamehippo.com. Really funny and cool, but very hard (starting with 100 gold? come on!)

These pics remind me of Final Fantsay 3.

But to be on topic, your pictures are awesome!

Set Timer (int timer_id, int timeout)

Its in the manual but I looked it up for you to save you some time. You could call this:

SetTimer(1,400);

That's about 10 seconds. Then you could call this:

if (IsTimerExpired(int timer_id) == 1){ //where timer id is the SetTimer id.
Do whatever; //This is your emeny shoot script.
}

Not too hard, just look it up next time, and glad to help! Ã, :)

Great game! Never played the original, but awesome nonetheless!

You should enter the coding compitition before it closes and show everyone your Zelda-like code. Ã, ;D

Please? Ã, ::)

Is there anyway to attach fire to a character? I have an evil character and I want him to be on fire all the time, even while walking.

colxfile should give us his Secret Quest sword-fighting code!  :D

Not a bad idea Fluke, but maybe you should have thought it out more. I just read some of the posts, and most people are confused and aggravated.

Whoa there! There is no need for that "SINE table" any more, since AGS has built in functions for sin, cos etc.

It was just a little example to maybe help him get on track.  ;D

Well, you would have to create ball physics, and that would be a little bit of code. Use the Maths functions in AGS to do this. Also, you might need to code in a SINE table. Heres a link to the SINE table

http://www.2dadventure.com/ags/SINE_TABLE.zip

Theres the demo game, and if you open it in AGS you'll see the code for it all.

Ok, I redid my sprite, its in my first post.

When did you even start archiving AGS games AGA?

Not necessarily Hammerite. It's not too hard to code continous movement with the mouse, but as for stopping or something, thats another story.
