Hey all.

Recently recieved a graphic tablet for my birthday and this is my first result. (Well second if you count messing around like an infant with a new toy  )



Based on a Mary Blair pic. I personally am the most unhappy with the silly 'grassy' tops in the bg and the pipe.
And yeah, I used a filter on the Caterpillar 

Concerning light source, well the original picture didn't seem to have much consistency either lol.

Any critisism would be greatly appreciated for this budding amateur!

Oh and I think a rating comment system, purely for the fact it will force people to rate therefore anyone wanting to randomly post a rude/troublesome comment may be more discouraged to do so.

I see nothing wrong with using the cup in terms of mistaken identity but this -

Instead, an idea is to use the bluecup along with something else. Since you call yourself "Weggieware Games", maybe you can show carrots and leafy vegetables pouring out of a tilted bluecup?

Would look very nice and more original imo.

The style reminds me of something, can't remember right now though.

I'd suggest looking at the arms, they seem a bit disjointed? to me. Maybe more details to the jeans/shoes too.

Also I'm sure someone else can suggest shading advice.

I can tell you spent a lot of time on the head and neck. Tis cool.
