Hints & Tips / Re: The Great Casserole Caper

I think I know what the problem is.
Spoiler
You've got no reason to get rid of Jerry until after you taint the beer and give it to Jobo outside.  Do that, go back in, and ignore the ashes until Tortellini makes you go in the fridge.

Does that clear anything up?

Okay, so you dumped the wine into the glass, right?  Add the toilet cleaner (which can be obtained from the downstairs bathroom) and give it to your dad.

@Carl
Spoiler
You don't need the flower.  Just use the ashes on the couch next to Jerry.

About the Walkthrough
I sent Nick a walkthrough about three weeks ago, and I'm working on stuff for the website so that can get up and running.  Most of the puzzles in the game have already been addressed in this thread already, though.

use the lighter on the box of fireworks under the stairs for a better ending than the perfume method.

And you can bet when that time comes, I'll have some ideas in the works.  Heck, I've had sequel possibilities in the works since...well...since working on the first game.   ;)

But don't worry, our next project's gonna be a smash!

Well...I certainly hope kevlar is also not a traditional dish where you're from.  In fact, that turkey's so full of kevlar that it stopped being a dish a long time ago.

Well, it could be something even if the style (apart from the original characters) aren't DOTT styled.

By the way, why does Laverne have a purple shirt when she usually wears green? Somehow purple doesn't fit her.
Good otherwise.

Do you think Laverne would wear the same shirt two games in a row?  Wait, don't answer that.   ;)  Looks like a great game, though!

You do need to heat the soup up.  Try looking for something that can dispense hot water.  It doesn't matter if the soup is diluted, it just needs to be hot.

Dashe, make the .zip download the deafult download link and just remove the .ace file. Also, go to the Games page and edit the TGCC entry in Full Length games so that the download link now leads to the .zip file.
Mission complete!   ;D  The link now leads to the .zip!

Just talk to Uncle Rigatoni when you're done--the eggs are just variables.

Once an eighth grader told me my (pencil) art looks like the stuff on Deviant art, completely meaning it as a compliment because she didn't know any better, yet it somehow sounded extremely degrading.  It's because of DA that idiots lump all anime/manga artists in the same heaping pile of garbage, claiming that it isn't a valid art style just because so many tactless amateurs are doing it.

If Spaghetti's calling you a midget commie leprechaun before asking for his medicine, you're missing one of the dialogue prompts.  Underneath the option where you exit the dialogue, after you tell him you're playing pirates, you get a prompt that says 'Like what?' and if you choose that you'll be able to get the crayons out of the cabinet.

Hey Z, I got a friend of mine to host a zip file, so you can try and download that and see if it works.  Probably not a bad idea for people who like zip files too.

You need to get the red perfume bottle out of the case, and then use it on the bed.  From what you wrote, you only picked up the blue and green bottles.

After your discussion with Lasagna and Mike, talk to Grandpa Spaghetti and he'll tell you to put on some football.  Look in the hexagonal cabinet at the far left of Mike and Lasagna's room to find a box of crayons.  I'll leave you to your own devices to solve that predicament.  ^_^

Everyone who wants to destroy the satellite dish:
Spoiler
What you need to do is fill the sink with nail polish remover, and Jeff will dunk the tampon in it automatically.  Chuck the soggy tampon onto the dish to screw up the signal.

Has anyone mentioned a self-defeating "Smelly Dog" scented air freshener?

Enjoying your game, but I'm stuck. I have

Spoiler
brick, toilet paper, toilet cleaner, flower, stick, ashes, key. I can't get reach the keys in the car and I put the very, very, very long (lol) extension cord through the hole. When I enter the house after using the cord in the hole I can't get back out, and I don't see the cord. I suppose it's in the kitchen that's toxic, but I can't figure how to stop the smoke.

Thanks.

Here's what you have to do:
Spoiler
Stuff the toilet paper into the toilet and then go to where Mike and Lasagna are waiting.  I think I'll have to check the game myself, you might've hit a bug if you left the house after getting the cord through the hole, but since I didn't do the scripting I don't know if I'll be able to figure out exactly what's wrong.

Hope this helps.

I've gone and turned the Debug off, thanks for pointing it out.

And thanks for the support!  It's been a long two years!   ;D

My first post happened because I was creating a game with ZZjZmoz, and promoting it on the In-production board.  That was about a year ago, and I came back to post the finished game just now.
