It seems the first album was only recently translated into Dutch, I had no problem finding it =)

Marion, I just finished the game and I'm left speechless. This was hands down one of the best adventure games I've played, and I thought the pirate genre would not be further explored again after the brilliant Nelly Cootalot. The graphics are absolutely amazing and you did not spare an effort to create as much as possible - the close-ups for instance highly support the immersion. The way you crafted the flashbacks and divided it up into different chapters, all leading to the grand showdown - the design of it all is brilliant. I, too, found the controls somewhat confusing with left/right doing different actions in the inventory and in-game, but it never took away from the captivation. Outstanding work and great balance between flow and difficulty. Since I liked the story so much, I'm going to pick up the comic books series as well if those are still available.

I tried the earlier AGS version too after playing (the one with the comic book panels and top-down view), and it sure has come a long way. Of course not only graphics-wise, but also in how you further adapted the story to an interactive medium. Move over, Jane Jensen.

On the contrary, proximity, an international forum is an open invitation to expand your tolerance, so as not to take offence by every single joke or wisecrack. Relativism is one of the most important virtues to master.

Stuck  :(

Spoiler
Jungle part - unsolved: I can't open the door on the right, even when I have the blue eyes glowing. Down the hole, the door on the far left is still closed, on the right, I cannot get into the room with the army chest, and I can't find the cartridge for the robot program. Inside the crashed spaceship, I can put the battery inside, but not open the door. I now have a metal key with one part, and a complete firearm... any hints?

I don't know if I have encountered a bug, but...
Spoiler
the guard is out and I got the manual sheet from the book. According to what is written here earlier, I should now go outside and use the hammer on the sign. Alas, the game does not allow me to... is there something I should do first, with the manual for instance?

It's unfortunate how easily agitated one can get. The game has been out for one day, and some people apparently want all the cards on the table right away. There have been some very supportive hints and *eventually* the code would be posted. I hadn't thought about examining the keys themselves, and I'll try to solve it now. I'm very impressed with the game so far.
