I think the cutscene is intercepting the keystroke, since you have it set to EscOnly.

In which case, I'd make it a <80 check
Haha, totally right. I made my first reply to the thread, and then came back to it after letting it stew in my head and forgot that is should be <80. But, like you said it would disable it anyways (I also agree that it would bother me too).

I know this is a Win7 thread, but I don't get why Vista is sooo bashed still. I've never had a problem with my Vista laptop for 1.5 years yet my fam's XP is only about 2.5 years old and is so horrible and junky.

Is there any way back?  :'(
Well David, your best bet is to export things that can be (Guis, Chars, Sprites, etc) and copy-pasting scripts. Note also that you directly import the rooms from the old game (just find the .crm files)

Another way, would possibly be to text-edit the .agf file, but this could turn out buggy so I'd suggest just building it up like above.

IIRC, Guy is on the right track. Do you have the notes all displayed on the screen? (A screenshot for us perhaps?) What is the distance in pixels between the notes?

This has been asked a bunch before, so a forum search will turn up plenty of threads (I say that not to be rude, but because its been explained before much better than I could now). I am also thinking that someone may have modularized it.... maybe monkey_05_06?

DN, would you even need the !80 check? I'm thinking that if it is 79 (satisfying !80) then it will be come 80 and then come to the next if and satisfy it. The same would happen without the !80 line, and counter will never be 80 to even check against that line.

[Edit]: Oh wait, that would be useful. You can set counter to a value greater than 80 to disable it. Please forgive my ignorance....

It's exactly has it is telling you. You're trying to get a NormalGraphic from a int.

You've had a very similar problem before and you were also told to modify your posts.

Yes the problem with exhaust based rocketpacks is your pants would ignite.

So a turbine based solution would be better.
Dang, looks like I'll have to wait extra long for mine for the kinks to be worked out. Unless the future also has flame-resistant pants..

That's right, I think I remember reading about the change in one of the beta threads....

Well, then I'd check and make sure 1)that the diagonal loops are enabled, 2)you have 8 loops (0-7), and 3)they have more than one frame per loop.

Have you double checked the option in the General?

is 'int oldgraphic' a built in function already or do you have to put it in by yourself?
int oldgraphic is being defined in that line, so no, it doesn't exist anywhere.

There's a thread in the Gen-gen that recently asked about video capture software, I think for the same purpose (recording AGS games).

That doesn't work because that's not how you're supposed to use that property. It's not a function, so you don't need parentheses(), and I have no idea how you came up with the Button[] that you're calling it on.

Sorry, but RTM.

Basically, you can't repeatedly call .Walk() every frame, cause they'll pile up and eventually the character never moves. Jp has changed this so that it only calls a .Walk command if the character is on one of two points.

Layabout, it looks like your jetpack fire burned of the buttocks of your friend. I think I see some bare cheeks....

I'll add to Baldur's Gate 2 and Planescape:Torment. Also, if you can get your hands on Baldur's Gate 1 as well, check out Baldur's Gate Tutu (a fanmade installer that uses 1's assets in 2's game engine).

Also, Arena (Elder Scrolls 1) is fun, but Daggerfall is much better. IMO as good as MW and OB.

Also, I can suggest some pretty awesome mods for MW and OB if you want, nearly all of which are lore-friendly.

Wow. Even if the game is that horrible, I must play it if it is starring D.

What console? :)

But see, it's very easy to script your own. The only thing you'd have to make sure is that you change any and all variables that would have been changed (including things like Character positions)

Hahaha, I remember MDK2. Excellent Dreamcast game (actually, Dreamcast is a system that deserves more credit)
