Suits me, I don't think I will have any other plans for the next summer anyway so I guess any date will be okay for me.

I would really find this feature useful. Similiar to changing the pixel gap between dialog options, but with label lines. Could this be added to the newest version?
#1063
But... that would include physical work...

I don't think we need any voting. Isn't it kinda obvious who is going to win? Congratulations Wretched!

I will most surely come. Well... of course it depends of the money situation at the time. But I'm quite sure I'll be there.

I was bored so I thought, what the heck! It was a good way to spend two hours of my day.

Chalk's Quest (I'm so good at coming up with original names!)

This game really lacks color. Its all brown, dark green and gray. Maybe you should try using some other colors in it.

Actually I think it creates a good atmosphere to use just some specific colors. It gives the game some personality.

Mozesh and I are working on a new game and will probably post a tech demo and some graphics of it to the competition. So we're in!

General Discussion / Re: Be your avatar!

If people would want to put their pictures on their avatars, they probably would have done that already. Also those "Post your pic here" threads are a better choise because it's much nicer to look at people's pics in high resolution. The thing that confuses me is why are you suggesting things like this and still don't have your pic as avatar yourself. ;)

What, is it that simple? I had no idea. Thanks!

For example:

"string text;" has the value of "Sample text".

This text has 11 characters. How could I store the number into an int. So that

int textnumber;

would have the value 11.

I hope nothing extremely bad happens to you. Take care and good luck!

Those new screenshots look very nice. Good to see this is still in production. Good luck and please finish this project! :)

Holy mother of god, this looks awesome! How do you make those graphics look so good? Wonderful usage of colors. You should make an art tutorial (if you haven't made one yet that is). :P

Didn't beat this yet but the story is very interesting! I hope you'll finish this.

By the way, the way you call the verb coin gui up in the game by keeping the right mouse button down is interesting. Care to share the script with us?

Yeah I remember this demo, you sent it to me some time ago. You had done some good changes to it, and it's very impressive! Darn it I would really want to play a finished version of this but since things are how they are... :(

Anyways, very good demo! :D

I vote for loominous. That might not work as a bg in an adventure game very well, but darn it looks good!

I think this would definitely kill the current comic contest. And I'm not saying it's a bad thing. This idea seems much better and would probably be more popular too. If you'd get it working that is. Gets my vote.
