Now that looks very good. Really great improvement in the edit. Still the cupboard seems to be little off perspective. But not badly.

I liked this game. :) It wasn't too easy or too hard. And the graphics were very good.

Heh.

I'm pretty sure AGA was talking about m0ds. He has sent some of his movie clips here.

Absolutely, but it would be very slow using the Raw functions...

Hmm. Sounds very interesting though...

Uh oh, there he goes again. Why can't you just make a normal adventure game? ;)

so if its possible...then anyone now where to look?

It may be possible but it includes LOTS of scripting. Hard scripting I might add. I wouldn't even try to do something like that with AGS.

I had same kind of problem a while ago. I never got it solved. It just stopped happening. Some kind of temporary bug I quess.

Can we have some screenshots ?
You don't really have to include screenshots in completed games forum. Why don't you instead download the game and see what it looks like. ;)

I haven't yet seen the film but I read the book a few days ago when my dad recommended it for me. It was really the funniest book I've read this far.

The Rumpus Room / Happy Birthday Thread!
Tue 10/05/2005 15:43:06
I started this thread because I thought that there are many people here who want to congrat other AGS'ers on their birthdays but doesn't want to start a new thread for it every day. So please feel free to post your birthday speeches and congratulations here.

But please do not fill this thread with posts like: "happee birthday @ all those who hav birthday today!". Also there is no sense in congratulating people who you don't know at all.

Okay, that's all about it. Let the parties begin!

Permanent Daylight is one of the funniest AGS games I've played. Also DDDDD was quite funny. :P
#1357
Have you watched Commando? You know, the one where Arnold Schwarzenegger (or how do you spell it) plays the role of the main character called Matrix. I bet that's the kind of thing you are looking for. ;D I always laugh my brains out when I'm watching those "serious" Schwarzenegger movies. ;)
#1358
Where exactly did you put those script codes?

Did you have a talk about AGS with him, Pumaman? If you did, what did he think about it?

I came up with this idea that PC is a freelancer cat burglar or a kleptomaniac or something like that. Then he'll be hired to steal something very valuable from a very secure building. Well, it wouldn't really be an adventure game, because the game would be all about the puzzles that the PC has to go through to reach his/her goal. The plot wouldn't matter too much in that kind of game. And the whole happening place of the game would be the building.

Nothing big, just a thought.

By the way, Rui, your first idea sounds pretty interesting. :P
