Calite the assassin? Cause he couldn't pay back the tailor? The Tailor wanted money too? Moreover, what evidence is there that we have to give to the fairy queen that Calite is the assassin. In fact, in one scene, Calite demands that the sorceress apprentice should reveal the assassin. An assassin demands that he be revealed? I only finished the game at about 80% wisdom, so I must've missed evidence that Calite did it? Moreover, we hear, after escaping the castle, from the large house, that someone in that house was involved. How is Calite linked to that house, where the jeweler does business? Calite is the assassin? Please say you're kidding.

I didn't really see all the cutscenes, but I just tried it out- and apparently he is the assassin.  The reasoning I gave (that worked) was that he wanted to set up a stronger leader... I gave a note and a bit of cloth for evidence.  I still need to work backwards, I think, to figure out what's going on...
And personally, I think that conversation at the large house might be a red herring- for the assassin anyway.  I think around the time of the assassination, someone was stealing your belt-thingy... which shows up at the jeweler's.  I need to replay the game, but that's my theory for the moment.

You don't have to wake the princess up. If you gave the magic pumpkin to the stable guy, you'll see a new ending.

And to enter the king's room, try to open the gate to your friends.

How in the world do I know who framed me and why?  The only possible leads I have are a scrap of paper and a bit of black cloth, which hardly tell me anything.  I think I've read about people finding hair, so I assume that's one thing I need...  But it was kinda irritating just having to guess when the fairy queen asked.

I've seen the sleeping mouse and I've been able to pick it up- but if I do so in goblin disguise, I am killed by the villagers.  If I exit the village to take off my disguise and come back, the door is locked.  How do I get the mouse without dieing?

I'm looking to get into the village overrun with goblins without dieing.  I have a method to disguise myself as a goblin: using the Comb on the Pond.  Thing is when I try to go down to the village, I have to pass by the Mercenary Camp, and I get killed...

Look at the open stable on the right side of the room- I think I managed to find it just using the Look icon.  It was visible to click on as I recall.

Money method(?)-

Are the goblin scouts still sitting around?  Give them some cider (if you can refill), then gamble with them when you have the horseshoe.  That's the only method I could think of.
