Just FYI, when I try to download from the game page, I get an error.

I feel privileged to be included in the Hall of Completion!  I believe number 66?  Great game, it really made me think while playing it to the end.

Would it be possible to host NightWatch at an alternate website?  Every time I try to access 1filehosting my virus protection complains about a bloodhound exploit.  Thanks in advance!  :=

Thank you Ponch, it helped a great deal.  Finished the game, and a very nice game it was!  Nice graphics, fitting x-mas music, some tricky puzzles, and a whole lotta humor!  I really like the Barn Runner series, and June 2008 seems like too long to wait for the next installment.  Forget school/work/having a life...you need to go into turbo development mode on the next game.  ;D

Anyways, for those who haven't downloaded it yet and don't mind some R-rated humor, do yourselves a favor and try it out.

Thanks Ponch!

Spoiler
Hehe, I guess my eyes got a little crossed when I was examing all of those books and I didn't notice one of them was about a binary translation.  Oops.

Finished the game and really enjoyed it.  Some great humor mixed in.

I hate to admit it, but I'm stuck again.  This is a great game!

Spoiler
I've gotten to the point where I got the key and unlocked the monk's room.  Used match on welder to make light and looked all over the room and fiddled with the CB radio.  Kinda stuck now as I don't know what to do next?  Says I need the manual to change the binary config to modify the signal on the radio tower.  FWIW, I've also been down the well and restored power to the terminal and connected to it.  I've also tried using all my inventory with every item on every screen even though I hate solving puzzles this way.  Can I get a hint as to what to do next because I'm out of ideas?

Finished the game.  Really enjoyed it!  Graphics are just super moody...very professional I must say.  For some strange reason the version I downloaded did not have any music.  I re-downloaded the updated link you provide in your original post, yet the game is still silent.  Am I the only one with this issue?  Would have loved to hear the music, but the game is certainly playable and enjoyable without any too.

Thanks!  Could have swore I tried the thing with the pastor but I guess not.  Time for more Barn Runner!  ;D

Ponch, I've downloaded your game (with extra dialogue of course!  :=), and yes, I must say there is a lot of dialogue!!!  It's all good.

I'm enjoying the game a lot, but unfortunately am stuck.  Could ya help a brother out in the hint forum?  ;)  There *is* a heck of a lot of inventory already, and I feel I haven't even really made any progress yet.

Hints & Tips / Barn Runner: Wreck the Halls

Hello, need a bit of a nudge (or maybe a big nudge) to get farther in this game.  I have a crapload of inventory items, and here's the puzzles (that I know about) that I can't figure out what to do.

Spoiler
Need an item to jam the well lever so I can climb down it.  Also need to figure out a way to distract the pastor so I can pick the lock on the door behind him.  Do I also need a way to acquire the yule log?  Bread?  Moonshine?  I've been in and out several times and stole a whole bunch of things from the mailbox.  I've tried combining a lot of objects but no luck.

I agree!  Other than my initial difficulty getting past the first screen, the game just flew by.  I'm not a World of Warcraft player so the graphics had a unique flair to them (for me).  Looks to be a well put together short game.

Sorry, I don't have the answer to your question.  Can you tell me what ISOS is?  Where is this game located?

A trick I used witht the zombies is once you are outside in the graveyard, stick to the bottom right of the screen, shooting zombies as they pop up.  When you shoot one, the game makes the character walk towards the spot where the zombie was.  So after every shot click towards the bottom right of the screen again.  This way you should not die and will reach the end.

I still have not figured out how to reach the bonus stage though.

Can someone point me to where this game can be played?  I don't think I've heard of it.

Hints & Tips / The IMBA Quest

Hello, can someone please give me a clue on how to get past the very first screen?  All I can do is pick up a book with a note in it and talk to the discussion group.  I go back to the map screen and the only area I can currently visit is the one I'm stuck in.

Your game seems cool, although I can't even get past the first screen, lol.  Can you help me in the hint forum please.  :=

Ummm...the download seems to be corrupted.   ???

Ah, thank you.  I completely forgot to try the verb coin interface in that way.

For some reason that is not working for me.

Spoiler
I have the potion in my inventory and I've tried giving it to the witch as well as climbing the vines outside the spells n' things shop to read the book again.  I keep getting the same message from the book that to make a potion to change into another person I need to throw hair and pants off cliff.  Granted it's not a beauty potion, but if I'm not supposed to give this to the witch then I'm at a loss.  I've tried using it on every item in the game but no success.
