Hi all !

When I place my door in my room I want it to be locked so the player can't get through. I have placed the door as an object and placed the edge at the top of the room and the walk able area behind the door but the player can walk right through the door and into the next room. Anyway around this ?

Hi I have sorted the problem now thanks to your reply :), I had removed the walk able area in the 2nd room upon restoring it the player scale is back to normal thank you !

Hi :)

I have a small problem, when my character goes from one room to another the scaling is different. In the second room the character is larger towards the bottom of the screen that he would be when he is at the top. When my character transitions back into the first room he is still scaled to high and towers over the door in the first room. Any idea how I can scale him down before he enters the room?

Hi everyone  :)

I have a NPC that has a looping animation, but when my character talks to him and finishes the dialogue the animation stops. The animation is fine until the player character speaks to him any idea how to solve this?

Hi everyone!

I'm stressing abit as I am in my last year at university studying game design and im using AGS to created my final project. I got a problem, after my initial cut scene my character walks into the first room speaks then the player is allowed to control him. However when he walks into another room and back into the same room as the cutscene was in I get the error "Endcutscene: not a cutscene. Is there anyway he can enter the same room but after the cut scene so i don't have to create a new room exactly the same as the cut scene room but without the scripting???

Hi all

I'm having abit of trouble with my character. After my cut scene in room 1 I script the player to walk off the bottom of the screen and reappear in room 2 at the desired x and y coordinates.  When my player appears I cant move him anywhere I can look at objects and use the other commands just not walk he just wont move  ???

Works a treat thank you to all :), quick question how do you hide the character? im creating a text overlay for the cut scene but the character is still visible on the screen?

All I got was this error? ,'

Failed to save room room1.crm; details below
room1.asc(10): Error (line 10): Undefined token 'aSound1'

I have already converted the sound to a wav file
and put it in a sound folder in my game directory? its called sound1.wav
