I've got the knife, viewed it, found the initials SM, got the adress to Sean Mallory, but there's no one there and the door is locked

I suddenly could go to the far right of the trainstation, so I did and searched the flowers there before I headed to Sean Mallory

Thank you, Stupot, I got it and now I've finished the game. 

How do I get the ticket in the museum, it's lying on the floor but neither Ben or Dan would pick it up? 
I'm also wondering what to use and where to find it to bend the lamp-post.
