I have no idea whos the guy you are talking about, but all I want to say is that MTV is crap. I remember when MTV showed some nice experimental music videos that were cool to watch. Then it was mostly good music and pop art, now its just "gangstas with ho's" and stupid white kids.

Somehow it reminds me of the player character from GTA 3. Is he supposed to be some tough guy?

You did this with a pen tablet? Oh man, you need to stop pressing on the pen then!

Nice, I like it! Except the fact that perspective is wrong -- according to bottom line of buildings, the upper line should end in horizon, not on top of it. Right now the perspective point draws beyond the horizon into space.
Another problem I see is the dark area on the ship. God sakes, it is a day and there is light all around, so why should light ignore a beautiful ship???  You know, even dark things are painted lighter in bright areas and brighter stuff is painted darker in dark areas, so it wont pop out and stays balanced.
Oh, and the ship should have some water reflecting on it and vice versa, same goes with everything else. And some foam would do good. Idd add a white line where water ends and is cut, like Bob Ross does. And talking about reality, usually walls are wet when they are in water :P

I really like the cleaniness of the piece though.

But hooking up the keyboard, playing, memorizing, re-entering everything with mouse to piano roll... well, it takes alot more time and kills inspiration.

Huh? What program do you use? usually there is a record button ;) and you can edit the notes later manually.

Uhm, maybe post it here so we can have a look?

Are the white edges because you cut it out?

Ejay is not a proper composing program, its more like kindergarten toy. If you like to mess with loops, at least use Acid Pro, which is decent and very easy to leearn.

And then again, netlabels have existed for a very long time already...

Ugh, you call that pink oval on a white background even a logo??? I could try putting it together, since I am learning the arts of media. Just E-MAIL me your requirements, ideas, moto etc.
I probably know some guys who know a guy who can animate butterflys :P who did the butterfly to our amateur movie this year: http://www.freewebs.com/omafilmid -- yes, the butterflies at the beginning are 3D animations. And ending animations in here: http://akamai.kolhoos.ee/ukproductions/lindeberg2005/Vanameeste_N%C3%A4ppaja_xvid.avi (I had nothing to do with that movie)
Ofcourse, I doubt he will do it since its only 7 days and right now its hard to catch him anyway...

And don't tell me you don't read PMs, especially the one I sent to you recently!

And ofcourse, I think it could be solved with the easier way. The white titles could be created by  flat white (matching the style of text) flying butterfly. You could draw the butterfly on paper and vecotorize it in  illustrator or something or do it directly if you can :P The titles could run through the whole beginning (ofcourse if there are any.. ;))

Dear MT,

today was a usual day at school. Drawing in lessons and ping-pong in breaks. Today I got a new haircut, which I am not used to and feel a bit retarded because of that. others say its good but you can never trust good opinions though.
Unlike others, I haven't found any crush in school yet. All my crushes seem to have passed and there are no good enough girls in the horizon, it seems. Each girl just doesn't interest me enough, everybody so ordinary...

Ah, view menu helped. Easy as a pie if I only had been a bit smarter :P

In order to progress in the game you would have to step back and so you have to play it all again, inside a game. Sort of a time travel! Nice idea!
So basically it can be taken quite far. Multiple storylines etc. You could change your inventory items with past or future events.
And ofcourse a nice loophole. Game inside a game inside a game inside a game...

Ah, tools->add ons helped.

Thanks, Tube!

But now another thing came into my mind. Why not clean all the unnecessary tabs:

Toolbar in red line is definately a waste of good space, help me how to remove it. Add ons or options obviously didn't help.

General Discussion / Google toolbar

Hello folks!

Today I ran into a serious problem. Recently I installed some updates for divx player and it included some google desktop... whatever that is. It became an annoiance and so I uninstalled it through add or remove programs. But today out of nowhere there is this google toolbar on my firefox browser window. The probblem is, I already have one included IN the firefox. And besides I don't want half of my screen being filled with various toolbars... So I checked the add/remove programs again and found it, uninstalled it and nothing changed, its stuck on my firefox like a leech!
How can I uninstall it? Losing it would be good, but it is better if I get it completely out of my precious computer.

And what the hell is msn sign-in assistant?

I just hate it when those tiny upgrades and add-ons pile up and finally flood my computer so it becomes a real mess when you want to find anything.

Thanks!

Edit:

Ok, played it, easy as a pie. But please make a version where there is no awful music, best of all if no music at all :P

Income tax you say?

Do you actually know there is absolutely no law about it, that basically it doesn't exist and is a fraud? If you stop paying it, nothing happens, go and see. And its even more pathetic if they pay it automatically from your paycheck..

The Estonian system may well be slightly different... The employer will be prosecuted if they don't do PAYE (automatic tax) here, and for those who work as contractors and are paid gross, I know plenty and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs certainly DO chase them up for their income tax.

btw 35k plus bonuses :)

minus tax, national insurance, pension, share scheme, mortgage, kids, food etc leaves me with about -£200 per month... :(

I am not talking about Estonian system! OIn that particular post I was talkind percicely about income tax in USA, which is a fraud.

I'm a professional patty flipper (a McDonald's Worker), and I make about 7 bucks an hour. On average, I work about 20 to 30 hours a week, and I get paid every two weeks.
So, if we take 25 hours, double it, then multiply by 7, I get...
About 350 every two weeks. But, it's a crap job. And also, they take about 40 bucks out of my paycheck for income tax, and stupid stuff like that.
