Is it just me, or is the powder that you stir in FAR superior to the boxes and bottles of chocolate milk that you purchase pre mixed?

It's not just you. I've never liked any of the chocolate milk shit you get in bottles or cartons.

If I need a break from my usual hardly-liquid-nearly-pure-caffeine-drink-diet, I usually use a machine for making hot chocolate. All it needs is some water and two ridiculously priced plastic thingamajiggies (a brown and a white one) containing some sort of magical substance that turns into tasty drinkable chocolate under the influence of hot water. And a lot of noise, as it were.

Yeah, a restaurant I worked at once had that thingy, only with coffee. It's extremely noisy though!

Naah, Guinnes is too thick for my taste. It's good, but I don't like the consistency of it.. Beck's however..! Zaowee!

Your knowledge within the art of chocolate milk is exceptional! But what about the hot chocolate powder that is made to be dissolved in hot milk? Would that mix with cold milk as well?

How could I leave that unreplied? Oh yeah, it's OT, so I must. Erm... No...? That would be quite meaningless, wouldn't it, mixing chocolate with chocolate..? I mix it with milk! Same as cold chocolate milk. I mix it with milk..!
As for glass in the micro, I can't really see how it'll explode. In fact, in our micro, there is a glass plate for you to put your stuff on that spins around like a little carousel!

But do they sell that powder there? People talk about hot chocolate, but what about the cold one? Just as good imo.

Indeed! The cold chocolate is just as yummy as the hot one and it is a shame if the English aren't allowed this pleasure!

After a long and deep discussion with Tuomas about chocolate milk and hot chocolate, I decided to post this here to hear what you have to say on the subject.
Today, I recieved a parcel from the old ones with some sorely needed supplies from the old country including my favourite chips, my headset and, just that, chocolate milk powder. In my ecstacy I told Tuomas about my newly arrived late night pleasures, but he responded; "hot chocolate? they must have it, i've seen it on telly so many times ". That's what I reacted to.
Is hot chocolate powder thingy and chocolate milk powder thingy the same thing? They both carry the golden taste of chocolate and they both have the same powdery form.

The bizarre thing, Khrismuc, is that in your own way you're trying to persuade him to drink.  Why should there be any vodka in his glass at all?  This is the sort of thing I've heard from random people in the past, 'oh just drink a little, it's okay!  Just have one!' 

How about none?  Isn't none also fantastically okay?

Sure it is! But only if you actually know what on earth you are talking about. Getting completely shitfaced is nothing I've ever really wanted. I've always, as KhrisMUC, had a very moderate approach towards alcohol. I don't mind people not drinking! Why should I? But don't avoid alcohol just because other people have a retarded attitude towards it. In my opinion, one should try to have a beer or a few and feel the good sides of alcohol instead of just being scared away from all the retards..!

What always surprises me is why these people, supposedly disenchanted with "society", don't just kill themselves right off the bat?

The fact that they go on a rampage first, raises the probability that it's plain attention that these people crave, and an insane desire to be accepted by the society they claim to abhorr.

All these threads turn into what you talk about anyway. What's special about this one? No offence of course! I understand how you feel and I respect this but when this happends in America, the threads go all analytic..
