What is Conspirocracy?  You can read a little about it here.

This full-length feature project has been going on for a while now and has received a lot of great help from a lot of wonderful artists, actors, composers and designers within the AGS community.  In addition to just being a fun little story, it's intended to raise money for the Foundation Fighting Blindness, a Canadian-based charity.  The main character of David Poulson is being voiced by the incredibly talented and patient Edwyn Tiong, and work on this has progressed to the point where I think it's safe to start soliciting for other volunteers who would be interested in taking on a role in this story.  Conspirocracy has a sizable cast set in a somewhat contemporary setting.  This game tells the story of a slow descent into the bowels of bureaucracy and is packed full of weird and wonderful characters, and lots of Canadiana.

There's no money in any of this.  I couldn't afford to pay you all if I wanted to.  Everyone who volunteers is doing so because they love voice-acting or they want to say they were a significant part of this charity project.  Everyone who volunteers is asked to be capable of producing clean, articulate, static-free, non-stuttering sound-files using their own recording equipment.  Unless otherwise indicated, presume that voices should be appropriate for North America, though note that there are several accented roles listed.

Drop me a line if you're interested, either through this thread, a private message, or by e-mailing me at little.red.dog.games@gmail.com.  Let me know the roles that you're interested in, and I'll throw you some sample lines to audition.  I will keep this thread updated to note what roles have been filled.

The roles are as follows:

All roles have been filled!  Thank you all!

If you're interested, do feel free to try out multiple roles if you're able to distinguish your voice sufficiently.  There's something there for just about everybody, so I look forward to hearing from you!

I'd love to help. I'm particularly inserted in "Barista" because I worked at Starbucks for almost seven years. I don't have the best quality mic in the world, but I already sent my audition, so if that quality works for you, I'd be happy to help with any role.

Hey! I'd be really interested in auditioning for your project, particularly for the starchild, the female border security officer, the receptionist and perhaps the striking postal worker!
I'd love to record some samples for you, but in the mean time, here is a link to my soundcloud account.

I'd like to try, if the offer is still going. I have zero experience in voicing, but i do know how to sing and morph my voice a bit. I'm a baritone, and i have a very slight accent (russian) which I can avoid most of the time if i try hard.

I'm interested in auditioning for the roles of Rotten Police Officer, Airport Security, and Senior Bureaucrat. I have a deep, somewhat raspy voice with a "neutral" or Midwest American accent and can definitely play authoritative, intimidating, or villainous roles. Please send me lines.

I'd love to help but I don't have a mic :( . But the game looks great.

I'd like to help out. I have little to none voice acting experience but I do have some recording equipment.
If you want me to give it a shot, send me some lines and I'll send a recording your way.
Maybe the doctor might be fitting, probably one of the cultists as well. If it doesn't fit, just chuck it out, no hurt feelings.
My main motivation is getting some practice so I might play around with different roles if that's okay with you.

I'm German but pretty much free from the typical accent. I've been told that I do have an accent that's hard to place though. Just try it out and see how it goes.
I have a bass voice and think I could do a non-emotional character reasonably well, but for practice I'd like to try something that needs a little more acting as well (not too difficult please).

Apologies for being elusive on these forums, we've all been hard at work here.

Drop me a line at little.red.dog.games@gmail.com and I'll send some scripts your way to try out.
