"Terran" Richard Brum has been working hard on the [[By the Sword]] series of games since late 2008, only going public with it as of early 2009.


"Terran" Richard Brum has been missing for many months. Some say he's in Timbuktu, meditating. Others say he's working part-time as a male prostitute on the streets of downtown Westport, Massachusetts. And still others say he's just plain lazy and hasn't bothered to do anything game-wise in a long ass time.
===What's He Done?===
TerranRich originally worked on [[By the Sword]] from 2003 to 2004, until a hard drive crash caused him to lose everything he had from the game, including original artwork and code. He did, however, manage to release a playable demo of Chapter 1 (the first section of the original game), now available [http://shutupload.com/info/5eb878b64215 for download HERE].  He was once one of the moderators of the {{forum|args=board=6.0|name=AGS Beginner's Forum}} as well, until his hiatus from the AGS community.

Rumors abound as to where TerranRich is, but one thing is plainly clear: he will return. TerranRich is currently, ''secretly'' planning out a new game. What it is called or when it will come out will never be revealed. But one thing is certain: TerranRich is back.
What was he been doing before his grand return? He was working on getting his life back together after some shit went down, but that's neither here nor there. His current profession is that of web developer. TerranRich has been hard at work creating several web sites for friends, colleagues, and even perfect strangers. Sometimes for money, too!

What has he been doing all this time? He was working on another hobby of his: game board design. He created a WWE-Monopoly game board (WWE-opoly) and even printed it out (and mounted and laminated it). He even made custom "Chance" and "Community Chest" cards ("Backstage" and "Main Event" cards, respectively) and new title deeds ("Superstar Contracts").
TerranRich is working diligently on the [[By the Sword]] series of games (as I said above)
 
But that's neither here nor there.
 
His current profession is that of web designer. TerranRich has been hard at work creating several web sites for friends, colleagues, and even perfect strangers.

He has been reported as saying that he ''will'' return to working on ''By the Sword''.
