The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 CupNot serious entertainment
2 CupsA reasonable game, worth a try
3 CupsA good game, worth playing
4 CupsA great game, well worth your time
5 CupsAn outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been under-rated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

About this game

Something sinister is going on in the universe. Strange sightings have been reported; it seems that clones of ships, people and even planets have been appearing; clones that apparently echo both the future and the past. The governments of the universe have all drawn a blank - so they pass the buck onto Rob Blanc. Control both him and his sidekick Paul as you get to the bottom of the problem, visit four different interstellar locations and travel to a parallel universe...

AGS Panel Review

"Early Yahtzee that's showing it's age. Fun, but very rough around the edges. Game uses dos-based engine. Compatibility issues may arise on newer systems. Recommend use of VDMSound, available from http://sourceforge.net/projects/vdmsound/, or similar."

Technically, this may just be the best in the Rob Blanc trilogy. The graphics are pretty decent and the music is slightly more appropriate than in the previous two games - although it's still the weakest part of the series.

The greatest disappointment is in how the creator decided to abuse the "time" feature to justify rushing the final act. Even the descriptions and dialogue sound rushed, as if the creator just wanted to get it over with.

It's still a decent game, considering it's free, but I wouldn't play it more than once.

The last one is the best. Rob Blanc III that is. Though it isn't a great game, in my opinion, it is a good game. Definitely worth playing. The story is interesting, though confusing at the end. The characters are very interesting. The graphics do the job. The puzzles are good. The humor is very good. I found the villain interesting.

The great finale to the Rob Blanc series (so far?). Great intro, good music, good plot and humour and everything. Recommend you play the other two Rob Blanc games before this one, but otherwise get it now!

Well well... The best one of the three Rob Blanc series... I've got to admit... I wouldn't have downloaded these if I hadn't played 5 days a Stranger and Odysseus Kent... But these were great amusement also... I've got to say, Yahtzee: Your games are pearls in the ocean of AGS-games! =)

Perfect! The conclusion to the greatest AGS series of all (probably).

I downloaded all three Rob Blanc's today and finished them. This game is really good, the plot wasn't freaked up at all :) Only think I didn't like is the music, but that wasn't 'original' after all. Thumbs up!
