but I'll bring some dice or cards if there's the slightest interest in some roleplaying.

Only if it's Cthulhu!

And don't forget the poop-scooper, we wouldn't want people stepping in poo all the time!

... waaait a minute. Ofcourse we would! It's always good for a laugh when it happens to somebody else! But then again this isn't Staines camping.

I'm up for a game of football even though I have zero talent for it.

Cool! We can play some poker or Texas Hold'em and I will win half of everyones euros (I don't want anyone to starve ;))

Texas Holdem sounds good to me, if someone brings some chips ;)

Yes! It has been years since I've played football.  Everyone at my school had interest only in american football (fitting, as that's where it all took place  :P). I'm quite looking forward to being in a place where football means football.

Nacho

I am quite pro-Yankee in many aspects.... but calling american football football is quite stupid, IMO, because there are only two players who actually kick the ball (punter and the kicker, who makes the kick offs, extra points and field goals) Sometimes it's the same guy for punter and kicker...

So... for lugagge issues... should I pressume Helm has a football ball or we will have to buy a new one there?

The Staines way was chipping in and buying one. But if someone already has one, it's a bit unnecessary, anyway pure packingwise. But footy, yes!

DS: Anyone that has Cthulhu-rules? Ofcourse, you can always wing it..

Helm

I have the books, but I'm not dming in english. I can play an investigator if you want, but dming proper horror prose in a foreign language is just hopeless

That card game is ingenious..

Any Englander willing to DM? Dang, I do not have any d10's though..

One week left, woohoo.
Due to some school stuff, I won't be there until a quarter past twelve tuesday night, so I'll probably show up at the site some time Tuesday morning.

I'm up for everything, roleplaying, soccer, 1000 blank cards, texas hold'em, ultimate frisbee, arm-wrestling, train-spotting, coin-flipping, sprite-jamming, snack-eating, everything you can come up with, I'm game.

The guitar issue still seems a bit unaddressed. Shall I bring one or not?

Is there a place where we can gather at the airport, Helm?
(in america it was the avis car rental near terminal 2)

...and can someone confirm for me just how much a small tent will cost to hire in euro's and how that works out in pounds? The prices on the website are confusing me wholly  :-\

Chrille

I was a bit confused by the pricelist as well. But I'm guessing renting a large tent costs 11â,¬ (roughly 8£) a night?

Pet Terry

Yeah, so it seems. If a large tent can hold, say, 4 AGSers comfortably, the price for 7 nights in a large tent would be around 20â,¬/AGSer (around £14?).

EDIT: On top of that comes also the overnight cost, right? That's 4.90â,¬ per night, around 35â,¬ for 7 days.
