Ã,,hem - if you completely avoid every theme for the story, to what people may have different opinions about (i.e. politics, religion, sexuality, ...), there is not much left to make it interesting, special or worth to talk about, but if you like the people to become sleepy ....  It's your decision!

In fact, I was going to do the same thing in my own game. And then I never finished that game.
So I would recommend worrying about your game's content once the game itself is finished.
If the game never gets done, it doesn't matter if there are any naughty bits in it.

As Oddysseus said, in all seriousness, don't worry about this until your game is finished. Do what you want to do and then get some beta testers and see what they have to add. You may find your "nudity" is just fine, or maybe they think there's too much of it where it doesn't blend with the game itself. You never know. Just finish your damn game and find out

I think that censoring yourself is bad. It's one thing if you're uncomfortable with the portrayal of sexual content: that's okay. You don't have to have it in your game then.

Otherwise, if you would include it to some degree, I don't think there's any need to censor yourself. I'm with most of the other folks here that you won't be judged for its inclusion.
