This was made loosely based on 2ma2's tutorial thingy on his site.

I am pretty happy, but I know it could use some improvement.

I think you went overboard with the dirt...

looks fine,,,but the dirt looks too diffuse. perhaps more shading could give the picture some more depth

Quite good. I like the perspective also it's not right. here are some more idea's

a) let the dirt flow down your buildings
b) add more dirt to the pavement & street
c) add soem more details likek the handles on the doors
