Great concept. ' Can't wait until the animation's finished.

Maybe ifyou placed the "erpent" lower down so it overlapped the tail it might help get across that's next-to the S.

If you want the snake to look more like an 'S' you could maybe shadow the part of the snake which isn't forming the 'S'. kinda like this:

I've been trying it with a real snake but it takes a while. Duzz's is the way I would go, though.
