Sorry for quite random guess, I am absolutely sure I heard those somewhere, but can't tell for sure. Yet, there is bunch of games which I didn't play but watched other people playing. "Simon" is one of them. And I just thought it may be from there.

Some slight feel of recognition. Not sure though...

The voice acting in diablo was horrible.
