I hate lots of movies. Honestly, it would just be stupid of me to try and think of the worst.

I AM glad however that various people mentioned the Matrix and Donnie Darko. I haven't seen either (and I plan on never seeing any Matrix movies as long as I live) but I just got so sick of everyone I know loving them to death. Not that the people I like have bas taste, but constantly hearing about these movies being insinuated as being the best movies ever just got on my nerves and I'm rebelling. So, it just makes me happy to hear people that really hate them.

Though, Indiana Jones and Cube ... great movies! Great, I tell you!!

Babar

it isn't really fair to hate a movie without watching it. Watch it halfway and then say it sucks. You will be much more believable then. Of course, you don't have to GIVE at sh!te whether people beleive you.
As for my own contributions, I would like to add "Princess Diaries". I have not seen a movie with a stupider moral. Oh, and Haddas, I believe you are referring to "Crossroads".

LotR?

Was that the movie that was one huge amazing CG battle after the other?!

I totally walked out of that movie! And part II and III!

My Sarcasm Detector 9000 detects... sarcasm!

I hate it when my friends drag me to stupid comedies. The bottom two are Mr. Deeds (my only 1 vote on IMDB) and Johny English, on which I won't waste any more text. The 3rd spot was grabbed by the totally horrible Queen of the Damned. Why, why, why do that to a great prequel?
In the movies I-unlike-most-people-didn't-like category there is Twelve Monkeys (didn't get it), The Terminator (horribly dated), A Beautiful Mind (too silly to be touching) and Fight Club (can't forgive nonsense beginning).
Currently Working On: Monkey Island 1.5

Meowster

I must say that although I disliked A Beautiful Mind, I did enjoy watching it for a second time to see all of the parts that were just made up in his head. Like how all these people that seemed so real to us were just made up in his head, and it's clever the way the scenes are made up... er...

Anyway, worst bond movie ever - The Man with the Golden Gun.

"I think we've stopped..."

Fuzzpilz

I am an insane ravening foamy-mouthed Tolkien fan, so I have reasons both to like and dislike the LotR films. I won't bore you all to death with details. :)
Also, I rather liked Donnie Darko.

Some movies I've seen or seen partially that I really don't like:

The Digimon movie. My brother gave me this on DVD for Christmas to annoy me. It's amusing to watch this and enjoy the stupid, though.
Titanic.
Jurassic Park 2 or 3. I don't really remember, I only saw the last 20 minutes or so.
Also, various German movies most of you probably haven't heard of. (e.g. Die Supernasen)

TheYak

I am not a very picky movie-watcher. I enjoy drama, action & comedy. I can watch the mindless along with the thought-provoking. That said, I loved some movies that were mentioned and hated some that were praised so I'll just stick to ones that haven't been mentioned:

Final Encounter - Dean Cain (need I say more?) and other random actors in extremely low-budget, low on plot, low on general good movie-ness sci-fi. Almost in the worth-watching-in-order-to-laugh-at category.

Wild Things - I avoided this movie as though it had SARS. Friends eventually got me to see it, extolling its virtues of plot and random twists that'll "Blow your effing mind!"  The afforementioned friends were male. 'nuf said.

Dumb and Dumberer - I normally dislike this type of movie but found the first one funny. I hate to admit it but it needs to be said in order to justify my having seen the sequel. There wasn't anything in the sequel nearly as amusing and I disliked everything about it. I don't know if I was able to glean as much as 2 minutes of watchable material.

Harvard Man - In the realm of Cruel Intentions (but not as screwed up) I despise shallow characters with misogynistic tendencies and utterly selfish motivations. In this movie's case the character shortcoming isn't even made up for by decent acting or plot.

The Cube - Aside from banal acting and a plot that exemplifies hyperbole, it was obviously made by people clueless about current tech trying to predict future technology. I also haven't seen anything in which I can stand Jennifer Lopez. I said I wouldn't mention a movie that had been already but I hated this one so much (I got the DVD for free and threw it away) I had to ramble about it.

There are a few more that come immediately to mind but the post's too long as it is.

LGM

Both JP 2 and 3 are crap, so it's good to hate both of them equally.
You. Me. Denny's.

AGA

Jennifer Lopez wasn't in Cube, she was in The Cell...

LGM

yakspit.. if you're thinking of The Cell, I agree, but The Cube does not fit anything you say..

Also, your signature is wrong, it's: "Everytime you masturbate, God kills a kitten."
You. Me. Denny's.

Domino

Right now i can't really think of my least favorite movies, but i know Pretty Woman is right there at the top.

uuuggghh, Julia Roberts does not make a believable hooker.

His sig still makes sense, though. Just add it to the end...

Everytime you masturbate, God kills a kitten
Everytime a kitten dies, an angel gets its wings.

Using the chain argument, where:

'a' implies 'b'
'b' imples 'c'
therefore 'a' implies 'c'

It simply means that every time you masturbate, an angel gets it's wings... what better reason is there to start? (that IS a joke)

Most hated movies:

The Ring - absolute crap. How the hell is making a copy of a video supposed to save you from a curse? It made no sense...

Welcome to The Jungle - it was a combination between CSI-type-graphics (which is good, but not when you make such an obvious rip-off), Indiana Jones(which I hate JUST as much...) and some other movie which I can't think what it's called, but was most definitely crap...

Britney Spears/ Jennifer Lopez movies... (enough said)

Freaky Friday - argh!
Peter: "Being faggy isn't bad!"
AGA: "Shush, FAG!"

LGM

You hate every Indiana Jones movie?? Wow.. That's harsh..

As for The Ring.. Making a copy of the tape saves you because you are spreading the girl (I forget her name) around so more people know about her.. Basically, she wants the whole world to know what happened to her.. I guess it may not make much sense to some people, but I think it made perfect sense (After a second and third viewing.)
You. Me. Denny's.

Ashen

1. Anything with Jennifer Lopez in.
2. American Psycho
3. Virtual Sexuality
4. Star Trek: Nemisis

Nothing particularly original here, sorry.
I know what you're thinking ... Don't think that.
