I can't really laugh about Hitler, it's hard for me to disregard the millions who died. It's odd that it isn't so with the WTC disaster though.. maybe because I feel like it's partly my tragedy too. WWII is in the past and didn't affect me, but the WTC attack did and so I feel I have a right to comment about it as I please. Maybe the Jew you mention felt the same way. BTW if you wonder what I mean when I talk about joking about the WTC attack I mean airport security, jesting about bringing bombs into airports, etc. It's been done a lot.

1. Don't like gay marraige.  So what.  Most of America doesn't...that's why it doesn't exist; a Christian opinion.

2. Don't like racial mixing.  A bit wierd, not my opinion...but nothing wrong with this opinion...sounds pretty Christian.

3. Want less immigration.  I know a lot of Americans who would agree with this also...nothing against foreigners, but when immigration is largely one-way, it begins to cause crowding...

4. Don't want non-European immigration.  This is racist.  But it's not "hate", and not very extreme...

5. Want less money spent on certain Indian funds.  They believe this to be a waste of money.  I haven't looked into this so I can't put my opinion here...

Gay Marriage is also about to be offered by the Cherokee Nation (Native American Tribe, I live in the capitol). Because of the way the language works and the way the law is written, it is possible for gays and lesbians to marry. A license was issued a couple of weeks ago.

Racism is when you judge people of different races as if they have different ability levels (either worse OR better), or make separations based on race.

Racism has absolutely nothing at ALL to do with hatred...the only thing they have in common is that if you are a race-hater you are also probably (but not necessarily) a racist.  It would be possible to be a race-hater and not racist if you acknowledged that you had no rational reason for hating the race.

I'm not a race hater, but I am a racist, and I'm not afraid to deny it.  I make judgements on people based on their race.  And not only that, I make judgements based on their sex, based on what kind of car they drive, based on where they live, based on what music they listen to, based on what their hobbies are, based on their GPA, based on their friends, based on their significant others, based on their jobs.

Yes, I do these things.  And anyone who doesn't is either blind, a liar, or a hypocrite.

I dont see anything wrong with gay marriage. The first amendment seperates church and state. If people are against it because of "religion" then that shouldnt mean its illegal. My oppinion is that if it doesnt affect me, then let them. What has a gay person ever done to you? And all you homophobs should realize that married gay men are less likely to check you out. I have made political sites before, I must tell you that the people who visit them ususally have racist and hatefull veiws. Thats their right, you cant go making fun of them because they think differently.

I really dont see why anyone hates certain groups. Africans, Arabs, etc... Lets face it, the human race started in that part of the world, people cant be dissing on their roots. I loathe people who are racist, homophobic, and think they are better then others. Why do so many people hate commies? Russia wasnt a commie nation under stalin! As far as WWII goes, I think that "Enola Gay" crew that dropped out atomic bomb over Hiroshima were alot more murderers than Hitler was. They caused more horror and death in 2 minutes than Hitler caused in five years. Why not post their pictures? Or Truman's? Or pick another random mass murderer? Well, for one thing, look at the context of the threads. The first one (the Brazillian one) was due to someone referencing a Nazi propaganda poster and it went from there. This thread turned into a Hitler pic-fest because someone mentioned the Brazillian thread.

Having said that, I'm sure there have been times in the past when we've mocked God or Saddam (remember the comparisons to Santa?) or any number of targets.

Some people just assume we do nothing but post photoshops of Hitler all the time just because two or three threads (out of a gargillion threads) have a few pics that mock him.

I think 6,000,000 jews were killed by Hitler's decission, whereas in Nagasaki and Hiroshima died about 50,000.

That means Hitler's most important decission in the war killed 120 more times than Truman's. I simply don't know if you're not good in maths or history.

2,000,000 japs killed. (They caused the death of 11,500,000 chinese--->Who after being liberated started killing Tibetans  )

Whereas the deaths caused by Hitler were: 29 M of Russians, 6.25 M of Polish, 6 M of Germans, 1.66 in Yugoslavia...

I could go on, but, again, the cyfer is overwhelming.

So, please... Do not compare Truman with Hitler...
