I loaded the game to see what you meant when you said the paper says Percy not Miggs.

The paper with Miggs number is the paper you find in your nightstand, it will be in your inventory after you look in your nightstand.

ok i found out why i couldn't use the cell phone i needed to click it with the finger (DUH{lol)
well see ya thx and don't actually click "Email" but put your curser over each of mine and read what the are then read the very last one c ya thx again
