Not too bad. You need to pay more attention to body shape, it looks very cartoony right now, yet the face doesn't suggets cartoons. Also, It's hard to imagine such sprites in a game...

Why didn't you put links to pictures directly here? The page is not english and so scares away many critics.

On third picure, man's hands are too far from body, that is only my opinion.

Also, I'm not sure if you intended it, but in the same pic (#3) the legs are way too long...

Very nice. Expressive drawings.
The 1st pic: There is one part on the guy's chin where the line comes out of his face. Just a little distracting.

2nd pic: Me likey...however, you might want to make the front part of the guy a little less straight.

3rd pic: Not sure if the hands are too far from the body, but they seem a bit short. Also, I think you should add more detailed folds to the jeans
