Do you mean Vel's AGS Ezine? It's in the making, as far as I know, coming out half a year late for a reason or another.
I used to make games but then I took an IRC in the knee.

Yeah, as I mentioned in another thread lately, due to some people's lack of punctuality it has been postponed for some time now, but at the moment it is in the making.
