what I think is that you're hurting your own artistic growth in playing with doll-based character creation.

Yes. "Playing" is correct. That last matrix pic was just a joke (i wasn't really trying to accomplish any "growth".Ã,  I was just messing around.Ã,  I would never attempt to make a matrix game with matrix characters cuz I wouldnt even know where to start.)

And I'm glad you all think this is gay ("gay" being defined as "Happy")

I think we all know which gay is meant. Just STOP using the doll thing or stop posting them. I would suggest that you stop using it because no one wants you to stop trying to get critiqes. The leather, fashion poses, and extreame GAY hairstyles are just not working. Faces freak me out as well.

whats wrong if they look "gay" sure having them in fashon poses would look uber weird in a game, unless your saterizing the fashion world, like zoolander did, but the sprites are well drawn, andhasve a very disticnctive style, at least they are consistent, something very hard to do.so what if they look "gay" thats just there style.

You are entiltled to your own opinion (thats what "criticism" is),and I am glad to be receiving several opinions.Ã,  My intention (as with all posts in Critics Lounge), was to receive replies as to how the images look and how I could improve them (which is exactly what happened), so I will not STOP posting my ideas, because feedback helps me better understand what other people think of my work.Ã,  If you fail to understand that this is the whole pupose of "Criticism", then maybe you should STOP replying.Ã,

I think they look "Camp" actually, rather than "Gay" seeing as being gay doesn't make you dress up like A YMCA reject.

(But JRock, I'm taking the mic outta the default drawings, your actual own work is superior in my eyes)
