I'll tell you who won't think it'll look cool, the japanese/chinese reading folk! It will look boring to them. So I suggest she has it tattooed in english on her other arm and then she can show that off in Japan/China and they will think it looks cool!

Install some eastern font pack or something. You should find it on your Windows CD.
