I just did a google search. Looks like he is some sort of English comedian. I could be wrong since there were alot of search results.

He sure has an odd name though.

Roy Chubby Brown did a "hilarious" version of a song called "Living next door to Alice". Every time the singer mentioned ALice, he shouted "Alice? Alice? WHo the f**k is Alice". She's mentioned a lot. Classic comedy, up there with jokes about ethnic minorities and farts.
