The perfect AGS team ...

A lot of people has proved themselves over and over in games in AGS here. If this thread is offensive to some, the mods may lock.

So my question would be, who in your opinion would make the perfect AGS team that could make a game rivalling Vampire Story etc

Mine would be:
Spriters: Progzmax (and krysis). Progz is the master of sprites, as seen in all his games, and krysis is the cartoon master. I think they'd give bill tiller a run for his money. (I'd also add Nacho that list after seeing his mittens interpretations. Another option would be bernie. And also zabnat.

Animation: Big Brother, Progzmax, SpacePirateCaine, Helm, zabnat. Cannot be more professional than that.

Background Artists: Loominous and mashpotato. What a beautiful game it could be.
(if pixelled, oldskool bgs): Progzmax, since I think he is unrivaled in that area. Maybe also Neil Dnuma and Krysis.

Writers: Yahtzee combined with Grundislav. Nuff said.

Scriptors: CJ!! Rui, Vince Twelve.

Dialoge Writers: So many here, I guess Yahtzee and Iceman and the ivy (the get the feminine influence).

Music: Nikolas with support from mods and The Scorposer (if spooks taught us anything)

This place has talent. This is all hypothetical of course (scenario, making a game rivalling Vampire Story or such)

If I may add/switch some people:

Music: Loominous (he started out from music and then went to graphics. BTW, if you go to igors' site there is a flash little game, the music written by Loominous.

AND of course Geoffkhan!

Graphics: Andail of course! Has anyone seen his site?, Mr. Colossal. Helm (really good comic artist), Captain Binky (the art guy behind the Forgoten Ellement

). Igor! I forgot Igor! Sorry :S

Now, on to the serious stuff: Why would we want to make a game "rival" of Vampyre story. As far as I know VS is a comercial project and will be publihsed properly. Certainly the AGS project could work, but until now, all collaboration projects have failed (the big ones, not between 2-3 people tops.)

Another issue would be the financial matter. Sorry to bring this up and keep bringing it up, but some of the people mentioned in this thread, work in the games, and frankly it would be difficult to devote the time needed for such a project. Mr. Colossal, me, BB, Andail and other people work (full-time I guess), so there is little time...

Anyway I do think that AGS has talent and probably all it should take is someone really good in organising to get this thing really off ground.

But indeed after this rather long post, there is NO doubt that the AGS forums have all the talent needed.

What? What? What? Why would you put Yodaman as the coder? Haven't you seen his sprite art? I put forward the motion for Yodaman to be the sprite artist, Flukezy to be the Music guy and The Brat can be the coder.

More important than the perfect AGS team is who would play the characters in the game. I propose Owen Wilson for the part of Roger, and Blue Cup as himself.
