Hi you guys.

When I try to download the AGS homepage, I'm taken to various ?search engines? instead.

I also tried looking up www.theadventuregamestudio.co.uk and www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk with similar results.

What is the correct web address for AGS?

That's it. I also often use www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk when I've forgotten adventuregamestudio.co.uk.

Or you could even push the banner on top of this forum page once you're here.

The "official" answer is adventuregamestudio.co.uk, but adventuregamestudio.co.uk seems to be updated just as regularly (possibly loading the same page?).

adventuregamestudio.co.uk is the official address, it will redirect to adventuregamestudio.co.uk which is the current host. So adventuregamestudio.co.uk should be the one to remember in case the hosting details might be changed later.

However, if you can locate the forum, why not just click the "ADVENTURE GAME STUDIO" part of the above banner? (clicking the left part brings you to the Games page though)

I use www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk because that was given in the pc magezine where I found AGS.

Thanks you guys for all the help.

Those web addresses used to work for me. And when I was in the forums, I would usually just click the banners above like you mentioned to take me back to the AGS homepage.

But now when I try any of that I'm taken to various ?search engines? instead. So, I can get to the AGS forums, but I can't get to the AGS homepage.

My computer may have a virus...sob.

Anyway, what makes me really mad, is I can't preview or download any of your great games unless someone posts them in the forum.

Oh well, hopefully Norton will be able to find and eradicate any virus present.

Tuomas

I doubt it's a virus. I've never heard they'd work that way... Though what do I know.

It could tweak your hosts file, for instance.
I heard of some.
