Hi,
Could it be that you try to interact with the objects instead of taking them?
There are two hand icons: One for use (shortcut U) and one for take (shortcut T)

Right click four times to access the take mode.
Right click two times to access the use mode.

I'm stuck at the bird part too. I can't use the wire as a rope because Bobby says it's not firm enough.I have lots of things in my inventory but nothing seems to help.Can somebody give me some hints?

Hi,
Could it be that you try to interact with the objects instead of taking them?
There are two hand icons: One for use (shortcut U) and one for take (shortcut T)

I guess that was my problem. I have a lot of things now, including 3 drinks
But otherwise I just wander around and had a go at the driving range.

Get rid of the bees? I have to do something to the gardener I guess...

No, he actually says, and I quote directly from the game: "I can't break it off with my hands." Isn't the hint clear enough?

Yes, this was a tricky puzzle and I also needed hints to complete it. Don't forget to ask everyone about everyone else. Sometimes they'll give you a piece of useful insight (however, some hints are not obvious, so use your imagination a bit).

OK, I've stumbled my way through the puzzling world of Earl Bobby on my own till now, but I'm stuck. I got the canvass on the mole hill/ crater, but it says I don't have enough tees to tie it down. I've picked up the tee guards also but I can't combine them with the tees and I don't have enough of them to tie down the canvass either, am I missing something??

You need to create a distraction for him. It also seems that the Earl is not such a good golf player after all, and he might require some interdisciplinary help.

Remember, the puzzles ARE logical, but the game is quite absurd, so play with that in mind.

Things i've done:

Found my ball but now i need a better club.
I can't cover the crater.Maybe i'm just blind but i have 3 tees and i can't find any more.Where are all the tees?
Made bouquet but neither Mary nor Lula take it.They don't even talk to me.
Made slingshot, can't use it anywhere.
Made weighted ball ( woody's ball ) but i can't put it in his bag.Maybe this has something to do with the electromagnet() you said you made.
I have also bought 3 drinks. Are they of any use?

there are other items that can be used to pin down the cover, you'll find them nearby, make sure you get them all, I missed one at first.
As to the electromagnet, have you been underwater? There are many strange things in that loch, combine some things you find in the parking lot and nearby and you can make it.
The slingshot can be used if you were taller, if you had something to stand on.

Also, I can't seem to get how to get the girl to the match. If I give her the flowers first, she follows me and it won't let me go to Tiger to challenge him for the match, If I challenge Tiger first it won't let me go give the girl the flowers. I've got to be missing a step, but whatÃ,

The third drink might not be very important. I think the manual lists them all.

Regarding Lula, I wish I could say I can't get girls to stop following me. However, thanks to her auntie's obstinacy she is very obedient and will accept your word for it, if you tell her that she has to stay and wait.

Actually i hadn't thought about asking for wine! I have beer, vodka martini and campari orange ( they are mentioned in the manual Ã,  ) but i can't give them to anybody. I was hoping i could give them to Woody and get him drunk so i can beat him more easily! Ã,

What do i need to pin the canvas with? Where do i find a better club? Is it the wooden club above the bar? ( which i can't reach anyway ) How do i hit Mary? Lula's head is on the way. I even aimed the silver plate but only managed to hit Bobby.
I haven't used the drinks, sugar shaker and the branch yet. Are they usefull somewhere?
