Well he could of just gone on another computer and used a different Username. So I think he just gave up at

Well, if you find irritating people in the real world, then the cyber world is no different. But those posts of AndyPenis are funny. So, I guess the only thing making them funny is the anonymity of the poster. I can't imagine laughing at some child on the street if they were saying that.
