I'm afraid your bit of news isn't quite up to date, this article from December 14 (about two months after the article you link to) give the May 21 release date. But still, definitely something to look forward to.

At the risk of further confusing the issue, Mamba Games Website (UK based games publisher) says it will be shipped on 16 April 2010.

On german gamescom fair in August, developer wizarboxx mentioned, that the game will be ready before the end of 2009 and they said that they're pretty sure that it will be released in the first quarter of 2010, depending on the publishers. I don't know about the english version, but the german publisher confirmed something like that.

EDIT: Also the speech recordings have taken parti in October, what usually is one of the last steps in production.
