translating the 9verb template to russian

Hey,
I'm thinking about to translate the 9-Verb GUI to russian cyrillics. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with non-latin-char based translations - is there anyone who already did it?
Any fonts to suggest? Or if you do speak russian, do you mind translating the 9verbs + a few strings?

I mention it very briefly in the first part, but I had investigated a bit, and basically I believe I recall that Cyrillic alphabet fits in the 256-chars table, and that it's how it's meant to be. Therefore all you have to do is find/make the font, and you're good.
