Stupid spam.... Does anyone ever get the free gifts?  They sent me spam to my itkid admin box! Stupid bastards...Why the hell would I want to reduce my credit debt? I don't  even have a credit card!  Spam never has anything people would want or can afford. That's why it's annoying.

I also got this letter from the Duke of the Slavecoast or whatever, telling me he needed my account details to put a lot of money there or something.
The most annoying thing was that he kept writing in caps.
It reminded me of some AGS-newbie.

I get 3 e-mails a day from those bastards. That's the only spam that I ever get! And the subject lines just make me sick. "Enhance the certain part of your body", "give her what she wants already". Spam is annoying, but the penis spam tops the annoying scale. 50% of all e-mail is spam. 90% of that spam belongs to 5 people. One day, somebody will kill these people.

Hotmail victims, I'd say..
Switch to yahoo! I never get spam since I made the change.

If you have a POP-based mail account, download SpamPal. It's a freeware mail-filtering proggie that takes out the SPAM from your regular mail.

It's amazing to see your mailserver go from "23 new messages" to "2 new messages"...

I think I deserve an award for the least typical spam.  No penis enlargements.  I have a filtered server from uni, but I get somewhat different spam than the people around me, and I'm not even sure how.

I got spam titled "ultra secret lava lamp plans" about lava lamp construction, a really excited email about septic tanks, and several spams selling tours of the "real" Cuba.  Nothing very dirty--all tours from people who seem to want me to see a worker's paradise of some kind.  And then there's the numerous mails in Spanish.  I don't speak Spanish!

Now my hotmail account, on the other hand... wheh!
