I like it, though I think you should remove some of the double pixels. Also, his fringe isn't low enough to cover his eyes completely.

His left foot sould be his right, and his right foot should be his left, you know, the toes are wrongly palced. Also i think feet are too big.
he seems to have a small penis , i think that should be the zip (?) of the trousers.

And about the character, he looks great. I do agree with the double pixel bit though.
I don't like the crotch area, it looks wrong. And his big toes are on the outside, on the outside, on the outside.

I really like those big feets, it make it look cartoony. Remove double pixels and fix the toes. Nice work.
