I wonder how many meters of cograil that was included in that sweet sixteen-ager's bike-kit? and, by the way, that bike would be impossible to ride: The upper cogweel is smaller than the lower. This can't work as long as they are powered by the same chain. (if not the upper cogweel and cograil got twise as many cogs per meter as the lower) But if she removes the chain, it will work, but then she has to 'ride' faster with her hands to keep it straight....
