How many of you would post your real name in your games credits?

Sure. I'd put it in my game. I'll even throw in a cameo, like me in a wall picture, and when the main character looks at it, he'll say, "Hey, it's...{insert my name here}..., the comic and game maker!"

I don't think I'll use my real name on my game once I finish. None of my friends would really understand adventure gaming, and would probably think I was odd if they found out I spent some of my time making these games. My name is fairly uncommon, so it'd be easy to find on Google. I prefer to remain fairly anonymous, although a few AGSers know my real name. I probably sound a bit paranoid.

actually my mum said to me the other day that im not gonna be putting my real name in this game im making am i? shes a teacher and was worried her kids might get hold of it and be shocked by the swearing and violence and whatnot.
i used my surname in the title of an album my old band put out and that worried my mum too for the same reason. she is a wuss.

I use Chris Remo on stuff all the time.  I've never had any problems so far.  Besides remixor, another screen name I use just as frequently is "cremo", a nickname that originated back in high school because I have one of those few names that is actually pronouncable when you take the first letter of the first name plus the last name.

I've had my real name in the Internet for ages. Lately I've been trying to put even more information about myself to the net. If someone knocked on my door and said "hey, you're the guy from the Internet" it would be just too cool.

I have my diary online at http://stck.daug.net/ and pictures of my home (with address) at http://www.uta.fi/~elina.maria.mattila/webortaasi and so on, so I think it would be silly NOT to put my name in the credits.

I want to be found and known, and having a unique name in the whole wide world (as I do) helps it quite a lot.

But I was worried a while ago...
A couple of weeks before Operation Iraqi Freedom, I made a game for MAGS, which sorta took the piss outta Saddam Hussein...

About two weeks after, I had a thought...
"What if we lose?"
Okay, so it's kinda stupid, since Iraq couldn't possibly win, but if they had of, I could imagine the Iraqi secret police searching the internet, finding the game, and knocking on my door (When they invade England, lol..), and shouting "Actung!" and such like...(Well, I don't know Arabic, okay?) then shooting me in the head..
